Chateau Montreau on Hudson is your fairytale escape in the treasured Hudson Valley. This 7 bedroom, 5 bathroom estate is built in homage to French Chateau design. Situated on the Hudson River with sweeping 180 river views, and in close proximity to many of the highlights of the region, Chateau Montreau offers an unmatched experience, whether as a bridal suite, a family getaway, a workcation or simply a weekend away.

Must be 27 years and older to book.

Strictly NO PETS. Daughter has severe respiratory allergy. $5,000 cleaning fee plus hospital bill if this house rule is not observed.

Early check in / late check out requests is $100 / hour, with a maximum of 2 hours.

$100 per person per day for each guest over 14 people, maximum 20 guests.

Reservation must reflect correct number of guests.

I will ask for your ID to verify identity, similar to when checking into a hotel.

The jacuzzi tubs in this listing are in the master bathroom and in the jack and jill bathroom

No tents on the property.

No amplified music.

This is a waterfront property - so the Hudson Valley west side train line that runs below the property, in the valley, is audible. There is no access to the Hudson River on the property.

You are welcome to use the grill. Must bring your own propane for the grill.

Security cameras monitor all driveway access on the property.

While the property borders the Hudson River, there is no river access from the property.
