Relax into this cozy East Austin bungalow. Clean + thoughtfully designed. A short drive to downtown Austin and only minutes from great local cafes and eateries. Tucked into a quiet neighborhood directly off vibrant + trendy Manor Road. Enjoy the front porch for a relaxing cup of coffee or walk to some great coffee spots close by. Free + easy street parking directly in front of the house.

The Space:
The entire house, front yard & front porch (front yard isn't fenced in). Guests do not have access to
the backyard or side driveway. The driveway is reserved for the backyard camper, which has a
separate fully fenced entrance, the camper sometimes houses the owners family and friends.
Privacy is maintained. Please note the owners have a great relationship with their neighbors and ask
that all guests be kind and courteous to the neighbors as though this was your own neighborhood.

Guest Access:
The entire house and front patio are all yours!

The Neighborhood:
This sweet neighborhood filled with small bungalows is close to Airport Drive and MLK, which
connects you to downtown quickly. Walk to some of our favorite local gems <3 Zed's Ice Cream, Bird
Bird Biscuit, Fleet Coffee, Este, Bar Toti, Houndstooth Coffee... we could go on!

Getting Around:
Ubering and Lyft are great options, but there is free parking in the front of the house so having a car makes getting around easy.

Per request we can have a pack n play or other kid essentials ready upon your arrival :)

We do allow up to one dog but require notice and an additional $75 pet cleaning fee. We ask that all dogs stay off the furniture as we have a leather couch and need to keep it nice for all guests. We also ask that you clean up after your pet in the yard.
