The home was renovated and designed with your comfort and convenience in mind. Located on a great spot in a large quiet cove on the main channel. Here you can enjoy the best lake-life activities within the safety of the cove or easily head out to explore the over 520 miles of shoreline, and see all that North Carolina's largest lake has to offer.

The breathtaking lake views from the floor-to-ceiling windows on the main level and front-row seat to the beautiful sunrises will have you dreaming of the next time you'll return from the moment you walk through the door. The home comfortably sleeps up to 12 guests and features a host of luxury amenities (including a stocked kitchen, plenty of resort style bath and lake towels plus all the water toys you can think of and more) to ensure an unforgettable vacation experience for all.

There is a large private dock on deep water is perfect to secure a boat and/or jet skis. There are several marinas just minutes from the house with a wide variety of water crafts for rent and where you can also launch your own boat and/or jet ski.

Take in the sun and enjoy the beautiful scenery from the comfort of the resort-style lounge chairs or jump into the lake right off the dock and go for a swim within the safety of the cove. Spread out on the spacious decks, dining tables and bbq grill ideal for family get-togethers and al-fresco dinners with panoramic views of the lake. A wood-burning fire pit with Adirondack chairs perfect for smore-making fun and star gazing evenings.

The large chef's kitchen is stocked with all the essentials you need plus more and is a well appointed part of the open floor plan so the chef can always be part of the entertainment while cooking . The bathrooms are stocked with complimentary amenities for your convenience.

No matter where your adventures take you during the day, you will come back home where everything has been designed with your comfort and convenience in mind including new luxuriously comfortable mattresses, linens and pillows in every room that rival those found in top hotels.

The central location of the house gives you so many options for plan activities to explore all that LKN has to offer; from fishing excursions, beautiful golf courses, to some of the best biking trails NC has to offer, state parks and sandy beaches. There are many other attractions like top-rated vineyards and world famous NASCAR tracks and facilities nearby.

The house is minutes from Downtown Mooresville and nearby Davidson College, Cornelius, Huntersville and Denver. Charlotte Douglas International Airport and Downtown Charlotte are about a 40 minute drive.

Everything you could want and more!

This property was even better than pictured and the most well equipped rental I’ve ever stayed in. Beds are comfortable, towels ample and good quality, and no detail missed. Communication with the host was seamless. The location was lovely and the views too notch. I would highly recommend to anyone wanting a relaxing and fun spot to be with friends and family. We hope to return!

Labor Day Retreat

Spent the weekend at the home with friends and family. The house was wonderful. The location was perfect. The amenities were just what we needed. Mornings spent on the deck overlooking the lake were perfect. Highly recommend this property and the host. Jennifer was very responsive to our needs and happy to answer any question. Looking forward to a return trip with our boat. The house was also well stocked with towels and paper products. The welcome basket was an added surprise.

Wonderful home!

We had an excellent stay! The house has amazing views and is in a perfect location. It was very clean and had the best kitchen amenities we have seen. Lots of space and we loved the huge open living and dining area. The host left birthday gifts and a cake for our son which was extremely thoughtful. We loved the location on the lake. Swimming off the doc was quiet and peaceful but you also can watch all of the lake activity which is entertaining. We rented a boat for a week and loved taking it to restaurants for dinner (very close by) with the whole family and returning while the sun set. The decks were also a huge hit with lots of shady spots available. We enjoyed a meal at sunset on the lower deck and it was perfect. Can’t say enough good things, would definitely stay here again.

Great Vacation Home!

Reel Paradise was a perfect vacation spot on Lake Norman. Jennifer was a great host and made us feel very welcomed and comfortable. She was also readily available the few times we had questions. The house was beautiful and accommodations were great. Of course, the dock, water toys, lounge chairs and firepit were a hit, but the downstairs TV and game room were too… for the entire family as the kids (12 and 14) and adults had a lot of fun playing pool, ping pong, etc. We rented a tritoon boat (that was delivered and picked up) and enjoyed going all over the lake to various sandbars and restaurants. The house was in a great location for boating and close to Lake Norman State Park and several restaurants. Toucan’s is a nice restaurant and just 10 minutes by boat. But we enjoyed Hello Sailor, Eddie’s and North Harbor Yacht Club by boat, too! Definitely recommend this house and look forward to staying here again!

Lake Paradise

On arrival we we’re flabbergasted at the beauty of the property! The home and outdoor property were exactly as seen on the listing! Clean, Pristine and Private! We had the pleasure of meeting the home manager/owner on check in and were so delighted bkz I believe it’s just as important to have met her and see how much she loved her home and property …also delighted she got to meet most of our family members..I’m certain that was equally as important for her to meet us! We took care of the property as if it was our own and it was an absolute pleasure. We rented a pontoon boat for several days of the week and the dock was easy to maneuver the in/out! The children/teens spent so much time splashing in the lake and having game tournaments in the very, very amazing and well appointed basement! This was truly a week in paradise! Thank you Jennifer

4th of July

We really enjoyed our stay over the 4th of July and there were many fireworks right across the lake that were awesome. We were able to see them right from the deck which was nice. We had 7 adults and there was plenty of room, beds and bathrooms. The house was as advertised, very clean, smart house technology, well stocked kitchen and in a quiet cove. You get plenty of sun from the dock and deck area during the day then toward evening the deck is shaded though it was upper 90's during our stay. There were plenty of water toys; kayaks, pedal boat, noodles for floating in the lake, SUPB, unfortunately no boat because it was damaged by a prior guest. The finished basement was nice during our 1 rain day and we played pool, ping pong, and watched movies on the large screen TV. Things to remember to bring; paper towels, dishwasher pods, extra wash clothes because they only give you enough for 1-2 days.otherwise you're good. Lastly, there are a considerable amount of steps from the dock to house so keep that in mind if older or physically challenged. Jennifer was very easy to communicate with. You won't be disappointed!!!

Why they chose this property

I've been visiting North Carolina since I was in my teens. When my husband and I came on a mini vacation in the Lake Norman area, we fell in love. Back home we have the beautiful waters of the Atlantic Ocean, but there was something about the lake life and the people in the community that we decided on investing in this property as our first investment property in NC. From the moment we walked into this house, we knew it was the one where we wanted to start making life long memories with our family and friends. We will strive to provide that same 5 star experience we love to enjoy, to all of our guests.

What makes this property unique

This property offers wide breath taking views of Lake Norman's main channel while sitting in the safety of a peaceful cove. We absolutely love the location of this property as well. Minutes from Mooresville where you will find many restaurants and breweries, grocery stores, pharmacies, fitness centers, spa/salons, retail stores and much more. Boat and watercraft rentals are just 5 minutes away as well as multiple marinas. It's also located near two main highways (77 and 16) which will take you pretty much anywhere around the lake and Charlotte in just a 40 minute drive.
