Home away from home

My husband and I enjoyed our stay and are already planning a return trip. Nice area close to shopping and restaurants. Friendly staff with easy check in and out. Equipped kitchen to make our own meals, hot showers, quiet patio to sit and relax. We enjoyed the pool and gym. We have found our home away from home when visiting family in PA.

The Center of the (Philadelphia) Universe

This was a great place to stay while visiting our family. The apartment is well-equipped, and we had a great view. My husband enjoyed coffee every morning on the deck. We discovered we were close to everything, shopping, restaurants, my family - even the Easter brunch at a local country club. The washer and dryer were a definite plus. The restaurant just down the street (Teca) was terrific. We plan to stay here again next year, when the pool is open!

Our Second Time Around

This is the second time we've stayed at this property. It's so centrally located to everything we wanted to do while visiting family. There were a couple of negatives: our living room TV never worked right, and I would have liked to have the apartment cleaned (this might be my fault, I don't know if we are supposed to request). The very hot days made me wish for the pool opening, but I understand the dates are after inspection. We did use the area around the pool, and really enjoyed it. Overall, great property, and we highly recommend.

48 page lease document—yes, 48 pages

Didn’t know about the lease document I needed to initial nearly every page of before I paid for the rental (one week). Made me very uneasy, as if I were signing onto something a lot more extensive than a typical stay. Everything worked out in the end but I wouldn’t stay there again. The apartment was clean, the facility was nice, good gym and amenities. Nothing outstanding except the egregious prelim.
