We enjoyed a wonderful week long stay at La Casita. The house was exactly as shown in the pictures. The location with a view of the ocean was fantastic! We could walk into town for meals at the local restaurants (although a steep climb was required). The pool was a nice feature even in February as it was heated. The house was very comfortable and so quiet! Kati was a great host and so easy to communicate with. Thank you Kati for a great stay!

Lovely property

We had a very relaxing stay in this clean, well equipped property. Kati was there to greet us on arrival which was nice. The beds are really comfy and the pool and surrounding areas overlooking the ocean were very relaxing. It is in a quiet area on the north of the island but this is exactly what we wanted. We would definitely stay again.

Great Stay, house was clean and quiet

We really enjoyed our stay at Los Realejos. The house was nice, as in the pictures and the swimming pool enjoyable. Enough towels were also provided and we also had everything that we needed for cooking. It was very easy to park our car in the dead end road which was very quiet. Finally, the communication with Kati was also really good.

Winter Sun

This is a lovely property situated in a quiet residential area. It’s spacious and comfortable with great views. The shops and restaurants in El Toscal are a 10/15 minute walk away and there is a very good local bus service to Puerto de La Cruz and further afield. Kati was really helpful, and did some shopping for us before we arrived so we had everything we needed for the first evening and the next morning.

Vacation where we get more then we expected adn hoped for!

Mrs. Kati is a great, super friendly owner of the house where we get much more then we hoped for. House by it self has everything that you need, it is fully equped, very clean and with a good vibe and neighbourhood is friendly and very quiet. Pool is big and clean and it is definitely worth paying to be heated. Sea view from a terrase is superb! We had a great time and hope to come again.

A very comfortable stay!

After spending 2 weeks in the South of Tenerife, it was such a pleasant surprise to have found Puerto de La Cruz. An amazing city, with fabulous restaurants, a lot of culture and some reasonable Golf Courses not very far away. The house was spotless, with great views, a lovely swimming pool (always warm) and fantastic hosts. My only regret was not to have spent our entire month at this place as I was not impressed with the South of the Island at all. Another big surprise for us, as Canadians, was how inexpensive Tenerife was. We ate out everyday at wonderful restaurants, much more reasonably than eating at home! Overall it was a great experience that I highly recommend to anyone in search of an amazing holiday! Thank you Cathy and Marco!

Nous avons passé un super sejour a Tenerife pour notre voyage de noce.L'hébergement était très confortable ,il ne manquait rien la bas ,on été à proximités de l'océan et des commerces, pas mal dactivées autour du logement , le quartier est très calme.Le secteur est parfait.Merci à kati de nous avoir bien accueilli on reviendra surement.Florian et johanna

Das Haus ist einfach sehr schön. Die Bäder und die Küche sind sogar renoviert worden und es ist noch schöner als auf den Bildern ;-) man kann locker mit offenem Fenster schlafen, denn es ist sehr ruhig aber trotzdem ist man schnell in der Stadt. Der Pool war für die Kinder das absolute Tobe -Highlight. Der Blick und die Dachterrasse sowie die Ausstattung sorgen sofort für Urlaubsgefühle. Die Kommunikation mit Kati und ihrem Mann war immer sehr freundlich und unkompliziert. Sie haben uns alle Fragen schnell und super zuvorkommend beantwortet. Absolute Weiterempfehlung!

Estancia fantastatica con un solo pero

Todo genial, chekich con Irene (Kati la propietaria estaba de vacaciones) persona comprensiva y siempre dispuesta, respuesta rápida. Llegamos más tarde de lo acordado mostrando Irene mucha comprensión y adaptación. La casa perfecta, como aparece en las fotografías. Todo muy limpio y con detalles de recibimiento con botella de vino incluido. En la cocina había de todo, aceite, especies, productos de limpieza y un largo etc… solo tuvimos que comprar azúcar y café porque teníamos que pasar 7 días 5 personas y no nos llegaba, la vajilla limpia, completa y perfecta. Las vistas al mar de la terraza, la tranquilidad de la zona, cenas en la mesa exterior o simplemente una bebida refrescante con un aire muy agradable, la mejor manera de acabar el día. La piscina muy bien y limpia con ducha privada en la misma zona. Con toallas o si íbamos a la playa, también había una sombrilla y un carrito para llevar o comprar. Había lavadora con productos que funcionó muy bien y dejo la ropa limpia y con buen olor. Las camas un pelo duras y las almohadas no lo eran, eran 2 cojines. Los baños muy limpios, con toallas esponjosas y productos para el cuerpo y cabeza en los 2 baños. Como único pero que ya le dijimos a Kati las televisiones. De las 3 que hay, comedor principal y 1 en cada habitación, no pudimos disfrutar de ellas en Español. La del comedor tenía 3 canales en Español (1 de dibujos) y las de las habitaciones son antiguas y no se podía ver nada más que satélite en otros idiomas.

Alles da, alles verfügbar

Wir haben uns von Anfang an wohlgefühlt, bis hin zu Gewürzen und Büchern ist alles, was man brauchen könnte, da. Essplätze drinnen und draußen, hygienischer Fliesenboden überall, Parkplatz vor der Tür. Man sollte einzig nicht vor Treppen und Steigungen zurückscheuen, die gibt es zuhauf auf dem Weg zu den Geschäften, Lokalen und zum Strand.

Tolles Haus mit super Aussicht

Unsere 12 Tage Urlaub konnten wir in dem super schönem Haus sehr genießen. Es war alles wie beschrieben, sehr gut ausgestattet und der blick von der Terrasse zu jeder Tageszeit einfach schön. Das Haus liegt in sehr ruhiger Lage und ist perfekt zum entspannen.... Zur Begrüßung gab es eine kleine Aufmerksamkeit in Form von Wein und Chips für uns. Die Übergabe und die Rückgabe waren echt unkompliziert und easy. Unsere Fragen wurden immer direkt beantwortet und der Kontakt war auch echt super... Danke für den tollen Urlaub!!!

Perfektes Haus für einen entspannten Urlaub

Wir waren mit der Familie in den Osterferien da und haben uns rundum wohlgefühlt. Besonders für Kinder macht der beheizbare Pool und die Nähe zum Loro Park Spaß. Wir als Eltern haben die schöne Terrasse mit Meerblick genossen. Die Betten sind sehr bequem das Haus ist prima ausgestattet. Wir kommen gerne wieder!

Wunderschönes Ferienhaus mit Pool und Meerblick

Wir (4 Erw. & 1 Kind) hatten einen wunderschönen Aufenthalt in Kati‘s Ferienhaus. Das Haus ist mit allem ausgestattet, was man braucht und auch mit viel Liebe zum Detail:-) Der Pool kann beheizt werden und hat eine tolle Größe. Es ist sogar eine Gegenstromanlage vorhanden. Der Meerblick - vor allem bei Sonnenuntergang - ist echt super. Wir wurden von Kati bei Ankunft mit Wein, Wasser und Obst begrüßt und Kati war jederzeit für Fragen erreichbar - top! Wir werden bestimmt mal wieder kommen:-)
