We got your Beach!

Stay at our home at the Beach! We open up our home to families that love the beach as much as we do! We are convenient to everything Destin! Check us out!
We are in a small private community located directly off of scenic Highway 98 across from the beach. Short walk to the beach. Sleeps 5 adults comfortably. It was built in 2003 to new hurricane codes. Walking distance to restaurants. Close to Silver Sands outlet mall and Destin’s comments mall. Short walk to pool and private beach area. This is a smoke-free unit. The first floor has family room with futon and sofa bed, 1/2 bath, separate dining area and kitchen. The kitchen is stocked with all utensils dinner ware cookware appliances needed to prepare meals. Large privacy fenced in patio area with tables and chairs lounge chair glider and charcoal grill.
The second floor has two carpeted bedrooms with two full baths and washer/dryer. The master bedroom has a king size bed , pack n play. Second bedroom 2 twin beds, 1 floor twin mattress and aero bed. All rooms have TV streaming and fire sticks. There is a balcony outside the master bedroom overlooking the patio.
We have a full-size washer and dryer. All bed linens pillows blankets and towels are provided. Updated carpet and AC unit installed spring of 2016. Also available for use for certain beach items in the outside storage closet items like Beach toys , baby cabana bodyboards, umbrella and some chairs ( do not guarantee conditions)No beach towels provided.
There is Wi-Fi, two parking spaces provided, and an extra shared space, no land line service. We do not rent to anyone under the age of 25.

Cutest beach townhouse in Destin!!

We had the best time ever at this townhouse. It was actually bigger than it seemed from the pictures so that was a nice surprise, there are TONS of different sleeping options, lots of extra pillows, blankets, anything to make our stay more homey and cozy, it was there. A short blissful walk to the prettiest beach, the food was delicious anywhere we ate, so much to do, and the hosts are amazing. Always happy to answer any of our questions or point our touristy butts in the right directions.10/10 will be renting from them again on our next trip back!!

Comfortable Clean Great location

Our Family of 5 had a great stay. Condo was clean, Refrigerator worked well, did not use other appliances, but they looked great and AC worked well. Condo is in the back of a quiet neighborhood right off scenic 98. 5 minute walk across the street to the beach. Pool was nice and never crowded. Felicia was awesome to work with. Responded very quickly to questions. Would definitely stay here again.

B-Day Stay

We loved the place. Perfect for four of us. Great location and nice a quietly tucked in the back. Only complaint was it was hard to find our unit at night. It was not lit up and another car was parked in our parking spot when we got their. Would of been easier to find during the day. Otherwise it was a great house and great location.

Paradise In Destin

My family and I really enjoyed our stay at Beach Pointe! The location is amazing. It was super easy to find and the walking commute to the private beach was a short 5 minutes or less.There are also plenty of restaurants within walking distance to choose from. The condo comes equipped with everything you need for your stay. Everything was so organzied and clean upon arrival and as a family of 6 we felt right at home. The closet on the patio is stocked to the rim with beach toys, chairs, goggles, tents and more. You really don't need to travel with any extras because Felicia has everything there for you and your family to have an amazing vacation. We will rave over this vacation for years to come and will 100% be back again!

Terrific Condo

My family and I stayed at this condo. It was a joy. The size can't be conveyed with the photos. It is large. The condo was very convenient to the beach by a short 5 minute walk. The property was extremely clean. Everything you need is there to be used. It felt like a second home. The owner, Felicia, was terrific. She was very helpful, engaging, and quick to respond. We would be more than happy to stay here again and plan to do so in the near future. The beach close to the condo is extremely beautiful and clean. Staying at this condo made going to the beach each day so much easier. We really enjoyed our stay. Thank you so much Felicia!

Could not ask for a better host! Felicia is fantastic and great with communication. The condo had everything my family of 6 needed for the our beach trip. As others have said, the pictures do not do it justice, the place has more than enough room for everyone. We spent most of our time on the beach and relaxing at the pool. The walk is very short, just a block or so, and is wry worth it! The white sand and clear water are absolutely beautiful! My only critique has nothing to do with the Felicia or the condo, its the paid chairs/umbrellas. The private beach for Beach Pointe is sandwiched between two other private beaches and the front row is reserved with very tightly placed rented beach chairs/umbrellas and we had no choice but to set up behind them blocking our view and then squeeze between them to get to the beach. On some days, the rented chairs were 2 rows deep! This probably needs to be addressed somehow. But, despite that, we had a GREAT trip and will likely return again to Beach Pointe! Thank you John & Felicia!

Destination Destin Wedding

We absolutely loved this property! We were right on the strip with private beach access. The only reason I rated the cleanliness a 3 was because her Sunday cleaners are new (she asked me to let her know how they did, and I did) and I feel they took advantage of her by leaving crumbs on table, dried up food on counters, spills down the wall in the kitchen and hair in the tub/shower (not just the drain). I know that her regular cleaning lady would not do this. Things were easily accessible, the keys, parking passes, etc. Would definitely recommend!! Felicia was amazing and reassured me SEVERAL times everything would be great. House was larger than it looks on the app. Very welcoming and inviting! Plenty of towels, linens/blankets. Was hard to say goodbye! Definitely will stay again!!

Why they chose this property

Our property is in the middle of everything Destin. So convent and 3 restaurants in close walking distance. We are just steps from the beautiful emerald coast. Our community is very private and the immediate area is great for walking if you go west Destiny to the Crab trap or East to Pompano Joe’s. We are minutes away from Sandestin and Silver Sands outlets, Destin Commons and all Grocery stores. So many close fun activities like Bay Town Wharf. We are about 20 minute from Fort Walton and 30A.
