Each apartment has its own, private terrace and its own sun area, which gives you the right beach feeling. The huge pool area, with heated whirlpool and integrated sunbeds, is screened to keep out annoying insects and animals. A large barbecue invites to barbeque evenings ...

By bike you are in a few minutes on Cape Coral Beach. There you can enjoy the sun of Florida, relax and swim in the Gulf of Mexico. Refreshments and small meals are available at the nearby pier, which also invites to take a stroll.

Apartment Wave offers a bright, spacious living / dining area with open kitchen. Large window fronts let in a lot of light. From the well-equipped kitchen you can easily reach the dining area or simply enjoy your breakfast at the kitchen counter.

A comfortable sofa, which can be quickly transformed into a comfortable, generous double bed, invites you to relax. Here you can relax and enjoy a book or follow the latest news on television. Even the bedroom is spacious - in the spacious closet you have plenty of space, clothes to bring and newly purchased treasures to stow. The queen-size bed promises a relaxed night's sleep ... The bedroom has a large enough bathroom, with a bath. Of course you do not have to bring bed linen or towels. In addition to shower towels and beach towels are available. The apartment has a private, screened outdoor area.

Cape Coral hidden treasure!

Great little older I Love Lucy property. No luxury but wont be disappointed with old school with everthing needed. The location couldnt be better for downtown. I usually would recommend this cozy apartment. Pool and hot tub are wonderful also, very quiet. A

Perfect Space For Our Family

We were very pleased with our stay @ The Wave! Perfect for our family of 4! We usually stay in hotel rooms when my stepson has baseball tournaments outside of our area. We decided that this time, we would like more space and have a kitchen to prepare meals instead of eating out the whole time. The Wave was perfect for just that! My kids enjoyed the pool and it was so conveniently located right outside of the cute apartment. If we play in the area again, we will definitely be back!

Nice vacation spot

Overall our stay at this apartment was 9/10. We loved the layout of the place. The pool could have been a little warmer, with the colder weather I’m sure it was difficult to keep the pool warm. The hot tub was only hot at night but was very nice! There is no heat & since it was in the 50’s they provided 2 heaters & told me to run them as much as we needed. I ended up turning the oven on and leaving it cracked & that warmed up the place really quick. Overall I would stay here again! Thank you!

Great find! The Wave!

Our original plans for winter vacation was derailed by hurricane Ian, but we still wanted to go to Cape Coral area for part of the winter, so I started looking. This little gem was perfect for my husband and I. We are very familiar with Cape Coral. The location was close to all the shopping, bike riding, golf, and favorite ice cream and restaurants. It was so clean and very well appointed with everything we needed. The kitchen was one of the best for having just what you needed. We've rented lots of houses and I must stay this little place was better stocked with nicer cookware, etc than some of the higher end homes we've rented. The bed was very comfortable with nice sheets. The property manager, Judi was so easy to work with and always available to answer questions and help. The pool and hot tub were well taken care of and warm. The area was quiet and the laundry room was clean! No musty smells in the washing machine and dryer was clean and well maintained. For an older Florida structure and area it was very well maintained and superior. Would definitely rent this again and recommend to any couple needing a place to stay. The price per night was fair and less expensive than staying in a hotel.

Very clean! Judy the property manager was truly a delight. She was always available for questions or concerns. Only issue we had was the mattress didn't have enough support, so it did affect my back. Otherwise we enjoyed our stay very much.

Regarding the mattress please let me explain that beds in vacation accommodation are sometimes softer or harder than usual, have different dimensions in length and width, and are designed for a wide variety of guests in terms of height, weight, body shape, and sleeping habits. Every guest is different and there is no one mattress that is perfect for everyone.

So much fun!!

We had a wonderful time here! This was perfect for a small family or couple to get away for a bit! Everything we needed during our stay was right there for us to use. The manager of the property checked in with us a couple times to make sure we didn't need anything and that we were enjoying our trip. Such a lovely gesture. We would definitely stay again.

Couldn’t have asked for a better spot to stay!! The apartment was just as expected, clean, tidy and had everything we needed. The best part was having the pool right outside our front door! We made use of it everyday! The cruiser bikes come in handy, as we biked almost everywhere around town! And to top it off, the weather was fantastic! Highly recommended, would stay again!

Rundherum ein gelungener Urlaub

Wir ( 2 Erwachsene + Kind 12) verbrachten hier unsere Weihnachtsferien im Beach Resort (Apt. Wave) Die Anlage liegt sehr zentral in Cape Coral. Alles ist in wenigen Minuten erreichbar. Die Betreuung, ob von Deutschland oder auch durch Judy die Property Managerin vor Ort war einfach klasse. das Apartment hat alles was man braucht, ist gut ausgestattet und es fehlt wirklich an nichts. Der Pool ist ausreichend groß und auch der Jacuzzi ist gerade Abends schön beheizt und einfach klasse. Im Hinteren Bereich befindet sich auch eine BBQ Ecke die man nutzen kann und auch ein Laundry Room mit Waschmaschine und Trockner fehlt hier nicht. Alles in allem von der Buchung über den Aufenthalt können wir das BeachResort und auch die Vermieter (Fam. Strang) natürlich auch Judy Vor Ort , gerne weiterempfehlen. Es war garantiert nicht unser letzter Aufenthalt -> Thank you We´ll come back

Wie gewohnt, sehr saubere Wohnung. Obwohl es Nacht bei unserer Ankunft war brannten in der Wohnung die Lampen. Die Hausdame hatte alles sehr liebevoll vorbereitet.

Traumurlaub!

Das Appartment ist genau so, wie angegeben. Es ist super schön ausgestattet, sehr sauber und es ist alles da, was man benötigt. Handtücher, Strandtücher, Spülmittel,-lappen usw - alles da. Judi, die sich um das Objekt kümmert, war stets sehr hilfsbereit und super nett. Das Appartment hat ein großes Wohn-/Esszimmer mit durch eine Theke abgetrennte Küche, ein großes Schlafzimmer und ein Bad mit Wannendusche. Die Möbel sind modern und gemütlich. Es gibt eine Terasse mit Liegestühlen hinter den Haus (ohne Moskitoschutz) und eine kleine Terasse mit Birdcage und Ventilator zum Pool hin. Der Pool ist super schön, sehr sauber und mit reichlich Liegestühlen ausgestattet und die ganze Anlage mit den insgesamt 5 Appartments sehr gepflegt. Der Gas-Grill auf dem gemeinsamen Grillplatz wurde während unseres Aufenthaltes ausgetauscht und ist somit nagelneu. Es gibt einen Waschraum mit Waschmaschine und Trockner, in dem sich auch Strandutensilien befinden, die jedoch zum Teil defekt sind. Aber wir hatten 2 kleine Strandstühle und eine Kühlbox zur Verfügung. Den von uns gekauften Sonnenschirm haben wir dort gelassen. Im Wohnraum befindet sich eine sehr leistungsstarke Klimaanlage, im Schlaf- und Badezimmer jedoch nicht. Zu unserer Reisezeit war es noch nicht so heiß, so dass der Deckenventilator im Schlafzimmer vollkommen ausreichte. Es sind ein großer Fernseher, Bücher, Spiele, Infomaterial usw. vorhanden. Schade ist, dass die Rollos an den Schlafzimmerfenstern nicht lichtdicht sind und es somit morgens sehr früh hell wird. Supermärkte, Restaurants usw sind alle in der Nähe aber man braucht auf jeden Fall ein Auto. Der Strand von Cape Coral ist sehr klein. Der nächst größere ist Fort Myers Beach. Dorthin braucht man mind. 30 Min.da dort oft viel Verkehr ist. Wir haben Lover's Key, Hickory Island, und Bowman's Beach (Senibel Island) bevorzugt. Eine Delfintour von Fort Myers Beach aus ist sehr zu empfehlen und Senibel Island mit Captiva. Wir sind nach einer Woche vom Appartment Starfish in das größere Apartment Wave umgezogen (war bereits so gebucht). Hierzu gibt es auch eine Bewertung von uns. Die Kommunikation mit Familie Streng und dem ganzen Team war schnell, sehr nett und herzlich. Wir kommen gerne wieder!

Die Lage in Cape Coral gefällt uns, da Einkaufsmöglichkeiten mit dem Mietauto schnell erreichbar sind und man auch so einiges unternehmen kann. Der Pool mit Spa wurde wieder intensiv genutzt. Ein weiteres Highlight waren die Ausflüge zum Lovers Key State Park ( Fort Meyers), einem sehr schönen Strandabschnitt, direkt angrenzend an einem Naturpark gelegen. Top Urlaub genossen

Wir haben 13 tolle, entspannte und erholsame Tage in dem Appartement Wave erlebt. Der beheizte Pool war schon gleich morgens zu geniessen, genauso wie der Whirlpool abends ab 19 Uhr schön aufgeheizt zu geniessen war. Poolbereich und Appartementanlage ist sehr sauber gewesen. Tolle Einweisung durch Judy vor Ort bekommen. Die Umgebung ist ruhig, aber man ist trotzdem schnell im Ortskern. Man ist auch schnell mit dem Auto an den wunderschönen Stränden von Fort Myers Beach und Sansibel Island. Als Geheimtipp können wir den Lovers Key State Park zwischen Bonita Springs und Fort Myers Beach weiterempfehlen. Und wer gerne shoppen geht, der sollte die Miromar Outlet an der I-75 besuchen. Ich denke, wir werden auf jeden Fall noch mal wiederkommen.
