Old stone house, late 19th century Built in the 19th century - lovingly restored + modernly authentically furnished - with large Mediterranean garden, stunning views, 2 separate living units (approx. 110 m2 DK house or 120 m2 KH house) - (semi-detached) with each:
6 sleeps. Romantic playful loft-like interiors on 4 levels. Fully equipped kitchen (stove, refrigerator, freezer, microwave, various kitchen appliances, Nespresso machine, kettle, juicer, cook + tableware, etc.), bathroom with shower or Bathtub, hairdryer, make-up mirror, 1 bedroom with large double bed, 1 living room with sofa bed and 1 living room with sofa bed, satellite TV, WiFi, cleaning utensils, ironing equipment, mini safe, air conditioning + heating, desk, bookshelf + summer reading library; spacious terraces + large lush garden on two levels with stunning views of the surrounding hills, garden furniture + barbecue, fireplace, outdoor whirlpool, fitness room, sun loungers, outdoor dining area - garden table + chairs on the terrace, 2 terraces + 2 garden levels. SUPER EIGENTÜMER - TOLLE UNTERKUNFT

Sehr liebevoller Empfang, Hilfe und Unterstützung jederzeit möglich; nett eingerichtete Haus-/Wohnhälfte auf drei Etagen: unten Eingang und eine Schlafmöglichkeit, Mitte Küche mit Essbereich und Bad, oben zwei Schlafmöglichkeiten bzw. Schreibecke und Wohnbereich; alles Notwendige vorhanden, tolle Elektrogeräte; neben uns waren unsere Tiere sehr willkommen Der Morgenkaffee auf der Terrasse mit Blick in die Weite - Urlaubsfeeling pur! Agentur nicht bewertbar, da kein Kontakt - nur Onlinbuchung - deshalb hier ein Punkt.

Motovun in historischen Gemäuern

Sehr freundliche Gastgeber. Wunderschönes historisches Gebäude. Kühlung bei Hitze durch die dicken Mauern. Jeden Abend haben wir die herrliche Sicht in das weite Tal und die Berge von Motovun genossen. Ein Geheimtipp !!

Die Ruine ist eine sehr schöne Unterkunft, sehr schöne Aussicht, alles da was man braucht, und eine sehr nette hilfsbereite Vermieterin

Leider anders als inseriert

Die Vermieterin war sehr freundlich und Motovun ist bezaubernd. Die Ruine ist sehr schön renoviert aber leider minderwertig mit Ikea Ramschartikeln ausgestattet. Die teuren Kapseln für die Nespresso Maschine gibt es nur bei der Vermieterin. Wir haben keinen Laden gefunden. Es gibt nur ein quietschendes Bett im Eingangsbereich und ansonsten billige Ikeasofas. Wir hatten 2 Wochen Rückenschmerzen und konnten keine Nacht durchschlafen. Die Klimaanlage kühlte gar nicht. Wir hatten mit Hund und Kind die Residenz gebucht, um den Garten nutzen zu können. Die 'gemeinsame' Terrasse war von der Vermieterin abgesperrt. Uns blieb 1, 5 qm Sitzfläche am Eingangsbereich. Allerdings mussten wir immer alle aufstehen, wenn die Nachbarn den Eingang nutzen wollten. Es gab keinen Gartenzugang von unserer Wohnung. Nach 4 Tagen und etlichen Nachfragen erlaubte man uns den Zugang über die Hauptstraße. Wir hätten dann erst vom Berg runter auf die befahrene Hauptstraße gemusst und dann an der anderen Seite wieder hoch und in den unmöblierten Garten. Wir hätten niemals so weit von allem gebucht, wenn wir nicht einen Garten gewünscht hätten und wurden maßlos enttäuscht. Die Residenz verdient den Namen nicht. Whirlpool war auch nicht nutzbar, eine Waschmaschine war nicht in der Wohnung. Der Ikea Klapptisch eignet sich für maximal 3 Personen. Die Stühle waren sehr unbequem und der Fernseher funktionierte auch erst nach einer Woche. Etwas weiter oben im Ort gab es eine schöne fewo mit großem Garten und Pool wie wir sehen konnten. Insgesamt sind wir sehr enttäuscht weil die wesentlichen Angaben Garten und gemeinsame Terrasse und Klimaanlage (funktionslos) nicht stimmten. Wir saßen täglich 2_bis 3 Stunden im Auto und hatten keinen Garten. Die Beschreibung der Wohnung sollte dringend angepasst werden. Wir fühlten uns verschaukelt. Wir können die Adresse nur für kinderlose und hundlose Menschen empfehlen, die keinen Garten sondern Aussicht möchten. Der Zugang zur Ruine ist sehr steil und nur für uneingeschränkt gesunde Menschen nutzbar. Alles muss den steilen Berg hinauf getragen werden, jede Wasserflasche. Wir hätten der freundlichen Vermieterin gerne eine persönliche Rückmeldung gegeben. Leider war die dann plötzlich weg zum Segeltörn und überließ uns unserem Schicksal. Sie nannte keinen Ansprechpartner und hinterließ keine Telefonnummer. Unsere Tochter wurde sehr krank und hatte fast 40 Grad Fieber, es war keine Information zu ärztlichen Notdiensten etc vorhanden.
