We are more than happy to hear that you enjoyed your stay in Benidorm!
In regards to the pool we clarified with our local team and have been
informed that due to an extensive volume of rain and mud during Easter,
the pool had to be emptied and the engine repaired as it was damaged
becuase of this. It has now been refilled and is fully usable. However,
we are sincerely sorry for the inconvenience that caused to your trip
and we really hope to see you back with us again soon.
