Inside the studio, you'll find everything you need for a cozy and relaxing stay. The two twin-sized beds are dressed in hotel-quality linens and promise a peaceful night's sleep. The fully-renovated bathroom is modern and functional, with a spacious walk-in shower and all the amenities you need to freshen up after a long day. The kitchenette is perfect for preparing quick meals and snacks, and includes a 2-burner stovetop, microwave, small fridge, and a kitchen sink. You can even bring home some fresh seafood from the local markets and cook up a storm in the comfort of your own space. Ideal for a romantic getaway or solo vacation, our studio promises to make your stay in Lauderdale By The Sea a memorable one!


Lauderdale by the Sea is designated a “blue wave beach”, a distinction given to clean and environmentally-responsible beach communities. Perfect Getaway Spot

A great little place with perfect location! Small but comfy Studio apartment, clean, comfy bed, good shower, small but workable kitchen area. Nice property with relaxing outdoor space and pool. Contact with owners was easy, no key entry for easy access. A few blocks from the beach. We will definitely be back!

We are the dynamic duo, Carole and Victor and our son Gregory just joined us! We have been in the hospitality and management business the last 28 years. We ran a beautiful Bed & Breakfast on the beach in Lauderdale by the Sea for 14 years and have been doing vacation rentals, property management and Real Estate for the last 14 years. We live and work in Fort Lauderdale and therefore are always available for our guests. Carole and Gregory focus on guest reservations and communications while Victor and also Gregory handles check-ins and anything else the guests might need. We know the area very well and can advise you on restaurants, attractions, shopping and everything else South Florida has to offer you
