Close to Traverse City State Park beach, 5 minute drive to downtown, or leisurely pedal the TART Trail to nearby restaurants, brew pubs and the historic heart of Traverse City. The Red Cottage is conveniently located in a quiet neighborhood with quick access to Old Mission Peninsula (wine tasting, breweries, orchards, scenic views, beaches, and restaurants), while also being under 9 miles to Flintfields Horse Park. There is a large fenced backyard with a spacious patio for relaxing and grilling, as well as plenty of room for your furry friends to safely stretch their legs. The newly updated house includes 3 bedrooms, large living room, dining room and spacious kitchen as well as a half bath and newly remodeled full bath.

Great getaway place

Super easy to locate. Nikki was very welcoming and made some great suggestions to us. Quiet neighborhood and a great place for our family and dogs to relax and unwind. Will come again!

Fabulous house! There were little touches throughout that made our stay really special. Short, easy drive both to downtown and to the horse show. Perfect dog yard. Great, quiet neighbors. Extremely clean and comfortable. One of our best rentals ever!
