Country house 100 sqm. in Ysterni, newly built, from stone of Paros, Cycladic architecture, located approximately 70 meters from a beautiful, almost private beach. It is fully equipped and located in a quiet area.

For coming here you need a car. Ysterni, although the most beautiful place of Paros, has no local transportation. With the car you will be able to explore, every corner of the island, we could gladly provide you with more information on where to go and what to see.

The nearest beach is 5 minutes on foot from the house and in 10 minutes with the car you can visit some of the most amazing beaches of Paros, like Kalogeros, Golden Beach, Ampelas, Santa Maria and many more.

The house has a living room, loggia, 2 bedrooms (ground floor and basement), 2 bathrooms, fully equipped kitchen (oven, microwave, freezer, second refrigerator, water cooler, dishwasher and washing machine), air conditioning, fireplace and BBQ. It has large terraces with pergolas, fantastic views to the sea and the island of Naxos with its lights twinkling at night.

Gorgeous home in a beautiful and tranquil setting

We spent 24 days in this lovely home in early summer with friends to explore and enjoy Paros. The photos are accurate and the house is as comfortable and enchanting as it looks. I enjoyed yoga in the morning and we enjoyed a cocktail at night on the roof looking out at the Aegean Sea and Naxos. We spent most of our time, when at home, on the large and comfortable patio taking in the view, enjoying the breeze, and planning our outings. The host, Geli, is truly SUPER. Very communicative with good recommendations on car rental, restaurants, beaches, and anything else you'd need. The air con units are especially nice for sleeping comfortably as the weather warms up. The location is good. A rental car is a necessity and I suggest booking it in advance so they can meet you at the port when you arrive and drop off when you depart - super convenient. Isterni is 10 minutes drive to Naoussa, 5 minutes to a wonderful bakery, easy to get everywhere. Very nice having a cleaner come in every week. We'll stay there again when we return to Paros!
