Great family vacation

What a wonderful weekend. Easy to get to then parked the Vauxhall and we were able to walk everywhere after that. 5 min to the beach, shops, food and entertainment. We are definitely coming back next year.

Fun time

We enjoyed our time at the property. Beds were comfortable, fans provided in each room. We didn’t see any hints of ants during our stay. Like others, we also got a noise complaint from next door from having the window open (it gets warm) in the dining room and sitting in the living room talking and laughing, seems the neighbors are extremely sensitive and the houses sit very close together. Lots of great shops and restaurants nearby. Planes do fly overhead and low fairly often due to the proximity to the airport. Good communication from the host rental company.

Awesome stay in OB

The house was nice, neighbors did not complain as other reviews stated we had a family and friend group of 9 people. The houses accommodated everyone and we’re comfortable. It did get a little warm in the main house. The flys on the trash cans out side were overwhelming. And the noise of cars and airplanes went until about 11 or 12 every night. Everything was walking distance. Would recommend this house and location for people with large groups and pet friendly.

Great stay in OB!

Overall our stay was nice, great location near the beach, everything in OB was walking distance! Upon arrival we did notice a few outlets in the house did not work and some of the remotes for the TV's did not work. If you do book both cottages, be mindful they are not together but separate houses next door to each other. We were celebrating a birthday and our entire group gathered outdoors to sing and we received a noise complaint at 3PM because of this! Kind of an odd complaint as many neighbors were partying all weekend long with loud DJs, and you hear loud planes and cars honking all night/day! Otherwise great stay but would opt for another location if you have a large group.

OB Family Retreat

I did not have a homey feel to it, but it was close to the beach. There were not enough towels for people to use. The kitchen had no wash clothes or dish towels to keep it clean. The directions for how to run the TVs were very unclear and were not correct. I also realized that there might be an ant problem, so we were very careful not to leave any food out and clean up all spills, but the ants were everywhere. It was advertised as a house with a cottage, but we were so separated it was hard to visit with others.
