Einziges Manko ist die Parkplatzsituation

Einziges Manko ist die Parkplatzsituation. Nutzt man den Duplexstellplatz nicht, bleibt einem fast nichts anderes übrig, als für rund 60 €/Woche ins Parkhaus zu fahren. Rund um die Wohnung stehen ausschließlich gebührenpflichtige Parkplätze zur Verfügung. Die Wohnung ist sehr schön, die Lage top.
