We were in Las Vegas for a wedding, so we were not there much, but it was definitely a quiet, peaceful respite, from the city bustle. My grandson enjoyed the pool and we were close enough to the stores and restaurants in the area, so we didn’t have far to go. We would definitely stay again.

Beautiful getaway

The home was in a very nice neighborhood, felt very peaceful and safe. The house itself was very spacious and beautiful inside, well-kept, and both kids & adults loved the pool! We had a great time there - it was awesome!

Vegas football trip

Tremendous place and great hosts. Everything went super smooth, pool was tremendous and the pool was perfect. Close to the strip too, easy access to all kinds of amenities nearby too. Will stay here again next time down.

Family time

We had a terrific time. Loved the pool. The non-swimmer in our group even got relaxed enough to learn a couple of strokes. Would definitely recommend. Perfect place for a family gathering.

Stayed here for a quick 3 day family trip to Vegas. House was as described and very clean. Neighborhood was quiet and safe. Owner communicated well and answered all of our questions. Would definitely recommend!

I dealt with Brian the owner. He was very good very responsive. I wanted to get in a couple hours early. He helped us out. The place was a very nice place. Well kept well. Clean would definitely stay there again as I go out too many trades in Vegas instead of getting hotels this is what we’re gonna start doing. I will be a customer again.

Super Bowl trip

Very clean property with a convenient location. The neighborhood seemed clean and safe. The kitchen was well stocked with utensils and cooking supplies. The property manager was very helpful.

Some of the furniture in pics were different than whats actually there & in my opinion, the furniture in pics were very nice & is what really caught my eye. So I was a little disappointed as the actual furniture that was there werent as nice as the furniture in pics. Also, we had to pull all the towels out of the dryer and fold the towels. I feel the cleaning people should have had those ready already. Also, the reason for our family trip was to have a pool day and I was told as we arrived,Their pool person didn't come during the week, so they were going to come that next morning. So the pool was kind of dirty with leaves and things, but my husband did clean it up a bit. Apparently, the pool person must have came very early in the morning That saturday, because I was up by 7a m, and it looked like somebody had came. But through it all, the hosts were great. And were quick to respond with any needs.

This house was absolutely perfect for what we needed. We were celebrating our daughter's 21st birthday here with friends and family. The house accommodated us all and with the set up, we were able to hang out in separate places and not feel like we were on top of each other. The overall house was very comfortable, as were the beds. The outside space was great. We used the grill and the pool and felt like it was our little space away from the craziness of The Strip. Getting to everything was easy as well: The Strip, grocery stores, shopping, Red Rocks National Park were all easy and convenient. Thanks for making your home ours for a few days!

Simply Awesome!

Home was more than wonderful! Excellent location near the strip and convention center, as well as many eateries and stores. The owner is extremely helpful and provides timely communication. Any questions were quickly answered and allowed for a stress free stay. Five plus stars!! ⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️

Great location, house & owner

We celebrated my brother-in-law's 50th birthday. This house was perfect as it provided the rooms we needed. The backyard provided a perfect place to relax and enjoy the pool. We all had good rest and really enjoyed the house. The location was about 10 to 15 min away from the strip. The owner was very prompt on addressing any questions or requests that we had. Overall, excellent place, house & owners.

Great location and clean home

Pleasant, safe and quiet neighborhood! Was here for a business conference so we weren’t in the house much. Was near the conference site. Much nicer to stay in a home than hotel!
