Uptown Gem for sure!
Beautifully renovated home was perfect for our trip with friends— enjoyed having wine and coffee on the front porch and in the outdoor sitting area. Location perfect for walking on Magazine and was close to our concert at Tipitina’s. Great neighborhood and will definitely stay again!

Great location
My family stayed here for Mardi Gras. The house was very conveniently, located to many shops, restaurants and grocery stores. As well as to some of the uptown, parades the house, updated, clean.

Beautiful home in perfect location
We were so impressed with this beautiful home. The finishes are so nice and every little detail is provided and labeled. The location was ideal, having Whole Foods right out the door and such fun shopping and dining on magazine street, steps away. Margeau was so responsive and helpful. We would look forward to staying here again!

Why they chose this property

This is one of the most coveted, quiet neighborhoods in New Orleans, boasting a walk-score of 92 and a bike score of 76. It is situated directly in front of Whole Foods Market and surrounded by Walgreens, neighborhood restaurants and bars, numerous boutiques, cafes, coffee shops, and parks. You are steps away from Magazine St., less than a mile from the famous Audubon Park with its sprawling live oaks, 10 blocks from the St. Charles Streetcar line, which provides easy access to the French Quarter. You can really access most places in New Orleans without a car from this location!

What makes this property unique

This house was newly remodeled in 2021 with luxe furnishings, appliances, and decor. We retained the architectural beauty of its1920's roots, but modernized where needed to present a comfortable and efficient stay. You will notice the high ceilings, original hardwoods, cozy spaces, and exposed fireplaces in every room. These features really drive home the true New Orleans living, not to mention the full house-width covered porch so you can enjoy a cup of coffee or cocktail watching the sunrise or set.
