Welcome to your new getaway! This Condo features 2 Bedrooms and 2 Bathrooms.
This condo is Smoke/Vaping & Pet free indoor and outdoor. This home is a smart Home featuring Keyless entry and google nest. This Getaway retreat condo has views of the golf course from master bedroom to the living area. There is a enclosed laundry area, also the condo is steps away from the pool and spa areas and from the clubhouse.
Both bedrooms have King size beds, the master bedroom has a sliding glass door to sit in the back patio to view he golf course.
The living Area has a Smart TV, and the bedroom has TV.
You may log onto your Hulu, Netflix or Prime Video if you have it.
We use high quality linens and towels, everything is changed and sanitized out after every stay.

The living room sliding glass door opens to a patio with outdoor fire pit and sitting area to enjoy the view of the golf course. The courtyard patio has BBQ and sitting area for your private enjoyment. The home is fully equipped for all your needs for a getaway stay.
There is a 2 car driveway to park in. The community has over 44 pools and one just steps away from the condo. Also, there is Free WiFi, Premium Cable with movie channels, along with the Golf Chanel.
Propane tank must be Filled back up by guest after use at the end of the stay.
*** This is a Smoke/Vaping and Pet free condo indoor or outdoor ***

Late check out fee of $200 dollars after 11:00am pacific time.

Nice place – comfortable beds, good furnishings, and lovely golf-course views – but lacking conventional amenities such as toilet paper (only one partial roll in each bathroom), laundry detergent (none), and dishwasher pods (just three). This certainly surprised us, as other reviews spoke of how well appointed the unit is. We assumed a place listing among its amenities a washing machine and dishwasher would include the means of using the appliances – as have all the many VRBO’s we’ve stayed in previously – but when we inquired we were told that they do not provide those items, so be sure to bring your own or purchase them on the way to the house.

Thank you for your feedback. While we’re glad you enjoyed the comfort of the home and the golf-course views, we do want to clarify a few important points for accuracy. Our listing clearly states that we provide starter supplies only (including a limited amount of toilet paper and dishwasher pods) to allow guests to settle in upon arrival. Ongoing supplies are the responsibility of the guest, which is a common practice in many vacation rentals. Additionally, your reservation was made for two guests, and during your stay there were requests to accommodate additional overnight visitors beyond what was agreed to in the original booking. For safety, insurance, and property management reasons, we strictly adhere to the confirmed guest count outlined in the reservation and house rules. We strive to be transparent in our listing so guests know exactly what to expect, and we encourage future guests to review all details carefully or reach out with any questions prior to arrival. We appreciate your feedback and wish you the best in your future travels.
