The luxury penthouse apartment is located in the 2nd First floor of the apartment house "sea view", which is located in close proximity to the Baltic Sea. Only about 80 meters from the beach and in the immediate vicinity of the pier you can enjoy on the promenade best comfort in a maritime atmosphere.

The generously sized non-smoking penthouse apartment with free internet access and flat screen TV offers enough space for 4 adults with 83 square meters of living space.
There are two bedrooms, each with a double bed. Among the highlights is the beautiful spa with its own sauna and corner bath. The large, stunning roof terraces in sunny location with beautiful views of the Baltic Sea, the fine sandy beach and the pier provide additional space for rest and relaxation.

The deliberately high-quality equipment, including underfloor heating and fireplace, contains everything that makes your stay a relaxing and relaxing holiday.

To the respective floors our guests arrive by elevator or stairs.
If you arrive by car, you can park it in your own parking lot. Active travelers wishing to explore the area by bike will appreciate the on-site bicycle rental (for a fee).

Gemütliche Unterkunft

Die Unterkunft ist gemütlich und gut ausgestattet eingerichtet, jedoch hat das wlan nicht so gut funktioniert. Die Lage ist sehr schön, der strand liegt etwa 5min entfernt.
