Modern Villa "Forma Nou" with Sea View and Pool

The light-flooded holiday home Forma Nou is located just outside the coastal town of Es Canutells in a peaceful location and can accommodate 10 people. It has 2 living rooms, a kitchen equipped with a dining table and all the electrical appliances you need for cooking, 5 bedrooms and 5 bathrooms on 2 floors. Facilities of the spacious vacation home also include Wi-Fi, air conditioning, a satellite TV and a parking space. The property has a hydromassage bathtub and a whirlpool, however they unfortunately do not work. The stunning sea view from several panoramic windows and the outdoor area with a covered terrace and a pool leave nothing to be desired. Restaurants, shopping facilities and fine sandy beaches are about 5 a minutes’ drive away; the airport is 6 km away.

The cot and the high chair are available on request, free of charge if there are no more than 10 guests. All bedrooms are on the ground floor. The living room is on the 1st floor. There is table tennis and a tennis court about 500 m from the accommodation. The pool is not heated.



Bookings for groups where the majority of guests are under 25 years of age are not accepted.

Visits from external visitors during the stay, as well as any kind of events and parties are prohibited. The property is located in a quiet area and no loud noises are allowed. It is perfect for families, couples and guests looking for peace and tranquility. The host kindly asks noisy groups or guests with the intention to party to refrain from booking.

A beautiful retreat

Excellent property, brand new, conveniently located 15 minutes from the airport, 5 minutes to the nearest "cala". Super comfortable and clean. Beautiful environment

Nice villa with a lot to like but needs maintenance work doing to it

Pros: Big air conditioned rooms and all had big en-suites which was great. Loved the villa and greenery plus the wildlife that came to visit. The garden was well maintained. Everything you needed for a comfortable stay. Paco was super and explained everything to us. Cons: The pool was dirty with scum and the whole villa needed work eg painting as everywhere looked tired. There were not enough Sun loungers for the number of guests and 3 of the 7 had bolts missing making them dysfunctional. There was no hanging space in 2 of the rooms.

Fantastic property in fantastic location

Pros: The house was very clean when we arrived, and had everything we could want. The pool was huge, and warm. The spa pool was a nice touch. The diving board an added extra. Pool towels provided, well equipped kitchen. The air conditioning was a necessary addition as we had the most fabulous weather. Paco is very friendly and came to help with a few problems. We were a party of 9 (6 adults, 3 children) and we all had a great holiday. A folder with instructions showing how to make things work (ie pool lights, patio lights, TVs, etc) along with information about local attractions (nearest supermarket, water park, beaches) would have been very useful. Would love to visit this property again one day. Cons: Paying so much for this Villas, disappointed that a few things (garden lights, pool lights, built-in coffee machine, freezer in kitchen [there was a back-up in the garage], upstairs TV] did not work, but none of these really detracted from our holiday enjoyment. We did report all of these things during our stay.

Villa forma nou

Belle et grande maison idéal pour 10 personnes mais malheureusement mal entretenue! Ménage moyen à notre arrivée, évacuation des douches cata nous avons nous même nettoyé les cifons! Fuite de toilette, pas de lumière dans la piscine , la moitié de l électroménager de la cuisine ne fonctionne pas,4 transats sur 7 cassés,pas de changements de serviettes et draps en milieu de séjour malgré le paiement nettoyage. Bref un peu moyen vu le prix de la maison … sinon emplacement parfait , Paco est agréable et accueillant et l île est magnifique !

Pros: Una experiencia simplemente asombrosa en esta encantadora villa inmersa en la belleza de la naturaleza. La zona exterior se asemeja a un paraíso terrenal, con una piscina que deslumbra y unas vistas al mar. La casa en sí es impecable en cada rincón, equipada con todo lo que puedas imaginar. Perfecta para familias, con cinco habitaciones amplias, cada una con su propio baño, brindando comodidad y privacidad. Los anfitriones, además de ser amables, se mostraron siempre disponibles, agregando un toque personal y acogedor a esta experiencia única. Cons: Quedarnos tan pocos días!

Cons: Wir fanden es extrem schade, dass man alles zerfallen lässt, Küchengeräte, Materialien waren dreckig, schmuddelig... Wirklich schade für ein so tolles Haus. Wir mussten erst einiges putzen, macht zwar nichts, aber wie gesagt, für so eine tolle Villa...
