Located in a quiet neighborhood on the edge of the north main community. Very short trip to downtown and central to many other areas of Greenville. The hilly neighborhood makes for some great walking. The property spans two streets and the lower street has a creek that runs along it. There are multiple parks within walking distance.

High ceilings, two bedrooms with two bathrooms, full laundry, all tile floors, street and shared driveway parking. 2 TVs, internet, nicely equipped kitchen, towels, sheets and blankets. This home was completely renovated in 2022. From the parking area, there are stairs leading to the Madison. There are no other stairs inside the rental.

This property met and exceeded our expectations! Clean, spacious and comfortably tucked out of sight from the street, this proved to be a beautiful weekend retreat. Not only can I recommend it highly, we hope to be repeat guests ourselves!

Quiet private home

Great 2 bedroom only a few miles down the road from downtown. Beautiful kitchen and layout. Comfortable furniture. One of the best stays i have had in a long time.

Simply perfect

My son and I stayed at the Madison House for a track event in Taylors. Brian and Teresa have done an amazing job with this home. It was a perfect location - extremely convenient to Greenville. The place was spotless! Very spacious and perfectly decorated. I highly recommend staying here.

My son and I were in town for a baseball tournament. The location of the property was perfect for all the different fields he played at durning the week. As far as the property it was great. The pictures don’t do it justice. Much larger than the pictures portrayed. Extremely clean and comfortable. Quiet neighborhood and very easy check in and check out process. Any questions I had were always answered quickly. Would most definitely rent this property again next year.

Great Location and Facility

Not being familiar with the Greenville area it was a kind of crap shoot to determine what location to stay in as we visited for our grandson's high school graduation. We hit the jackpot with this selection. Conveniently located to be near the Greenville city center (just a couple of miles) yet far enough away to not be bothered by noise and other distractions of highway, train, or air traffic. The facility was great. Good separation of the bedrooms for privacy and all of the amenities you would expect from a quality VRBO residence. Overall, it was quiet and relaxing from the hubbub of the day and offered the peace and quiet you want after a busy day of sightseeing in the area; yet convenient to restaurants, grocery stores, and gas stations. Hard to find a place better that offers the feeling of being home when you are on travel.

Great Stay

We really enjoyed this stay. The neighborhood is built into a hill, so driving and parking is always at an angle, but the house is beautiful, the neighborhood is quiet, and the bed in the master bedroom is honestly the most comfortable bed that isn’t my own at home I’ve ever slept in. The owners responded swiftly to any messages we sent them (it was only 2). If I had one complaint, it’s that there’s no pizza cutter in the drawer. Why are there never any pizza cutters in VRBOs? Frozen pizza is the easiest and least messy thing to cook in a place that isn’t your own kitchen, but I digress.

Fabulous Property

Amazing stay at this awesome property! The apartment is intimate, cozy, and a perfect place to stay if you want to feel like you are truly at home. My husband and I went for a long weekend to visit his father who had been sick & to celebrate his birthday. Property was exceptionally clean (and I am VERY particular about that) and had anything you would need..... Brian & Teresa have truly thought of everything! The bed was super comfy (like better than our Temperpedic at home), I LOVED the living room & outdoor patio area ......we spent many an afternoon & evening just chilling out ...once we settled in, it was like we were at home. The neighborhood is very safe & quiet and being able to park in a driveway was a plus. My husband commented on more that one occasion how much he loved the place and could actually live there (and he NEVER comments on places we stay) I actually ended up having a terrible sinus infection while we were visiting Greenville and normally all I want to do is be home when I am sick like that but this property is so warm, welcoming and comfortable that I wasn't even homesick. We will definitely book again :)

This home was in dire need of a full remodel. It is a very large home and made for an excellent candidate for furnished flexible housing for traveling professionals and insurance claimants.

What makes this property unique

The vaulted ceiling and other very high ceilings make this lower level feel huge. This portion of the home maintains its temperature easily, which makes for a comfortable year round living space. Its very quiet neighborhood, but very close to so much that Greenville has to offer.
