From the bedroom you have direct access to a private, sight-protected terrace with a wonderful panorama view across the pool and garden, the sea and the surrounding landscape up to Rethimno. A 50sqm freshwater pool (10 x 5m, 1,60m deep, not heated, in operation between 1.05.-31.10.) with a separate children´s pool area (0,40m deep) provides the necessary refreshment on hot summer days. A beautifully groomed garden with trees and many flowers border to the private, well-kept olive grove. The property is completely enclosed and therefore ideal for families with children.
