Modern Farmhouse in Michigan Wine Country with pool
We welcome you to stay in our modern farmhouse vacation rental with heated swimming pool and sweeping views of the rolling Southwest Michigan countryside.
This beautifully constructed four bedroom, four and a half bathroom board and batten, modern farmhouse is new to the market for 2023. The main house features a large entertaining space with open kitchen, living and dining room. The two story bedroom wing features 4 king-sized en-suite bedrooms. One bedroom also has the option of converting to two twin beds.
Bawtry House features: indoor fireplace, screened-in porch with custom 10-person picnic table, 4 burner Napoleon grill, pool lounge chairs and outdoor couch seating next to the 20x40 pool and stunning view. Bedroom windows have curtains and/or shades.
Within walking distance of Hickory Creek Winery and down the lane from Tabor Hill Winery, plus many other wineries nearby. Easy 15-minute drive to Weko Beach and Warren Dunes State Park. 10-minute drive to blueberry picking and Dinges Fall Harvest. 30-minute drive to Notre Dame University.

Perfect Getaway!
We spent a wonderful getaway weekend at Bawtry House. The home is brand new and the owners seemingly thought of everything. We were greeted with a handwritten note and bottle of wine from Hickory Creek, the winery (literally) right across the road. The floor-to-ceiling windows flooded the main room with incredible light. The kitchen had everything a large group could ever need or want —more than enough silverware, plates, wine glasses, etc. My husband enjoyed cooking our dinners on the grill on the screened-in porch. The fireplace gave off great heat and was perfect for a cozy evening. The bottle of water at each bedside was a nice touch!
We look forward to returning with a group in the summer or for a Notre Dame football weekend to spend more time in the area, enjoy some wine tasting and, of course, the pool!
