Charming Holiday Home "El Acebuche" with Private Pool and Garden

In El Palmar, famous for its miles of sandy beach, the holiday home El Acebuche is situated in a quiet environment and offers space for 5 people. The modern, child-friendly house has a living-dining area with a fireplace and an integrated, very well-equipped kitchen with bar counter and a sofa bed for 1 person, 2 bedrooms (one with double bed, one with 2 single beds) and a bathroom. Other facilities include Wi-Fi, satellite TV, a baby cot, a highchair and bicycles. The highlight is the spacious outdoor area with a well-kept garden, a covered, furnished terrace and a grill as well as a private salt water pool and outdoor showers, the perfect place for relaxing holidays. Shopping facilities, restaurants and bars can be reached in less than 10 minutes on foot. The beach is 800 m away.



A parking space is available on the property.

Pets are allowed on request.

The pool is kept clean and is not prepared from Semana Santa to November but if asked in advance, it will also be prepared outside this period (although the water might be quite cold).

The homeowners live near the property and are always available to answer questions.
