El Palmar - very generous villa handicapped accessible with large pool Casa El Alamo is a very spacious and luminous house, situated about 900 m from the beach of El Palmar. This is an ideal house for all those who like to swim, as the pool is18 m long The house is also perfectly equipped for wheelchair users. The combined living and dining room (WLAN and SAT TV available) is very spacious and bright and is connected to the kitchen by sliding doors. There is also a large dining table. In front of the living room is a winter garden, which is an ideal dining room especially in the cooler season. In winter the house can be heated with central heating or air conditioning (15€/day). In summer air conditioning is included in the price. The master bedroom is very large and has a double bed (2 mattresses) and a large handicapped-accessible bathroom with shower and bathtub. Two further bedrooms (one with a double bed and one with two single beds) share a shower room. A third bathroom with shower is outside by the pool. The terrace is sheltered from the wind by the U-shape of the house and has a magnificent view of the large pool and garden. In front of the house is a lot of space for 2-3 cars.
