This 4 bedroom house is just minutes from the East side of Indiana University's Campus but sits in a quiet neighborhood in the woods.

An open concept upstairs, large theater space in the basement, incredibly spacious deck, and fire pit area make this house a wonderful house for families to enjoy time together and still allows you to be minutes to your event in Bloomington.

A large kitchen and a 14ft dinning table allows big groups to spend meaningful time together.

Very comfortable stay in Bloomington home

The house is very comfortable. The woods in the back are gorgeous especially in the fall. There is a great hiking trail just at the end of the street. Only 15 min from IU campus. The only drawback was only 2 bathrooms for 12 people but we made it work.
