Your home away from home is close to IU campus and College Mall. About a 3 minute drive to College Mall and all the restaurants around the mall. About 7 minutes (2 1/2 miles) to campus. On the East Side of Bloomington in the desirable Hyde Park neighborhood. Over 2,100 square feet of clean and quiet living space. My place is good for couples, solo adventurers, and business travelers.

We have wood flooring throughout with recently updated furniture. You will love the privacy and open living room/family room/kitchen.

My wife and I recently purchased this condo so we can spend more time with family. My wife had a double lung transplant on October 29, 2015 and we made a commitment after that to put family first. My parents, 2 brothers, and a sister all live in Bloomington. Additionally, my undergraduate degree is from Indiana University (Class of 1992). We love to host and meet cool people.

We fell in love with this condo because of the large open space, the three sided fireplace, and the quiet location.
