Nice place for a few days

The townhome is nice and spacious. And as others have stated a quick walk to the beach and a few stores. My only suggestion is regarding the couch and chair in living room. Both were pretty uncomfortable due to the cushions being worn down. Otherwise, very good stay.

Our stay was great. The property is just a short barefoot walk to the beach. This area of the beach is quiet and not a lot of tourists compared to closer to the pier with all the condos. Food is just a few blocks away allowing you to walk to get breakfast or brunch. Recommend Michael’s property to anyone looking to go to the beach and not be around the crowds

The house was just as charming as pictured. It was located in a cute neighborhood that seemed very safe, with many Restaurant options. The property owners had beach chairs and a few beach towels for us to use which really made things easy! I would definitely stay here again!

It’s a great condo. The host was so accommodating. The please was clean and equipped with everything we needed. Just a short walk a block away from the beach. Highly recommended.

The owner messed up the booking from the start. He said we don’t select that we had pets and he added a 75 charge, the. Somehow added another 85.12 charge. He then turned around and called my wife trying to explain his mistakes. He the. Credited us 79 so that we would pay the 75, which makes no sense at the en he paid us 4 over for his mistake. He doesn’t take into consideration legally registered pets. Issues with the condo itself: no direct beach view or access. It is very close if you are not concerned about the view. Neighbors around are messy. The bottom level has a door to go outside and the doorknob fell off, it’s very rusted. Owner stated they changed it 2-3 months ago. I had my drill so I rigged it to stay for the rest of our vacation. We walked to the beach one night while our teenager was sleeping. When we returned to the condo to enter the front door that takes a code, it would not unlock or accept the code. We called our teen 75 times. Not even joking with no help. I called Vrbo and it was “outside the owners working hours!” It was 12:30am-0200 until our teen woke an saw the messages. We also messaged the owner via Vrbo and he responded after we had made it in. The next day at noon someone ran a key to us but not the owner he was “really sick” or would have helped us. He did credit us one night which was fine but jeez what an experience when you’re in town to see family. It really hindered plans the day we waited for a key.

I am old and particular. Still, Michael was great -- responsive, available. The neighborhood is quiet. And, we could walk to the beach each day! The property is new and really clean! We had no complaints and look forward to returning!

Great place close to the beach

Our family really enjoyed our stay here and loved how close to the beach it was. The neighborhood is safe and we walked the block to the beach every morning to watch the sunrise. The house was nice and clean with three nice bedrooms, and will appoint a kitchen with everything you need to cook if you’d like to. Was suites even get to meet some of the locals on the beach as they come out with their dogs every morning. Highly recommend this place on Jacksonville Beach, which is close to tons of shops and restaurants in grocery stores as well! The owner was very quick to respond, and also help us get our keys, which we left behind.

Serene getaway a block from beach

This is the perfect beach getaway. Beautiful colors and decor enhance the beach vibe while providing a great escape from the heat of the day. The townhome is only a block from the ocean, easy to get beach time both day and evening, and the provided beach cart, chairs and umbrellas were a great perk. It’s also a 7 minute walk to Whole Foods (and less than 2 miles to Publix) so it is convenient to grab food if you want to eat in (which we did several times). Michael is super responsive and pays attention to every detail. Highly recommend—we hope to stay again soon!

Jax Beach

We stayed here for about 10 days and have zero complaints. It's located one block from the beach on the lower end of Jax Beach city limits, which is less crowded than further north. The home itself is very comfortable and recently upgraded. The home is stocked with all you need to feel at home. The host is extremely responsive and very welcoming. We highly recommend it. Overall was very good. Only cons are the bedroom patio window was clouded up, so unable to see street view. The kitchen/living room needs more color. It’s primarily gray and white. It reminded me of a hospital

Great house close to the beach!

We had a fantastic stay at this house—perfect for a long weekend getaway at the beach. From the start, Michael was incredibly responsive, answering our questions and going out of his way to ensure we had a great experience. He even provided early check-in, left us a bottle of champagne for Valentine’s Day, and checked in with us during our stay to make sure everything was going well.The house itself was beautiful, impeccably clean, and well-stocked with everything we needed. The layout was ideal, with one bedroom downstairs and two upstairs, giving us privacy, and having our own bathrooms was a real bonus. The location was excellent—just a short, easy walk to the beach. We loved strolling through the neighborhood and along the shore.If you're visiting Jacksonville Beach and want a spacious, well-appointed home close to the ocean at a great price, I highly recommend this property!

Awesome host

We stayed from a Friday to a Monday and the stay was great. Clean. The host was easy to communicate with and access if we needed anything. I read a previous review that complained about it not being close to the beach, it is very close. It’s not beach front but it’s literally like walking into your backyard and the beach is right there. Highly recommend
