Worked out good for our stay. Everything worked. Heat was great since it was a balmy 5F.

Good rest beds were great shower had lie pressure but did the job. Appliances worked.

Not quite what we expected

The interior of the unit was as pictured, but we were surprised to find out it was located in an older, 2-story motel. The owners have re-habbed this property, but didn’t show the exterior until we got the directions and after the stay was fully paid. They have surrounded the property behind a big fence and keyed gate so that felt a bit better. Although Germantown neighborhood is near, we did not feel safe to walk after dusk. Probably ok, but our radar as all women was heightened. They know sound is an issue between units —and it is — because they left ear plugs on the bedside tables. Beds are comfortable and the decor is nice. I had an awful time jumping through all the hoops in the registration process. More steps than in any other VRBO I have rented. Can’t recommend this property. Hope this review does not prevent us from getting our $500 deposit back!
