Perfect Arrangement & Location

The unit is spacious and perfectly appointed for everything we needed, and it was especially nice during a rainy weekend to not be stuck in a hotel room. The location is also great, easy walking to everything but just far enough away from 12 South to not be crowded or noisy. This was our 2nd time staying here and we would do it again!

12 South is a great area to stay for a quiet neighborhood setting and a good selection of walkable food/drink places, and still close enough to all the downtown sites. We used ride apps and didn't need a car rental. This unit feels new and has a nice modern and comfortable design. Glad we found it.

Nashville Gem

I've visited Nashville three times and stayed in three different locations. This time, I wanted to be outside the hustle and bustle of Broadway, but still close enough to shops and restaurants in a quieter neighborhood. This location was absolutely perfect for our 4-day getaway! The property was easy to access, and we had no trouble finding street parking. It was clean and well-equipped with all the amenities we needed. One night, my husband and I decided to stay in and cook dinner, so we drove just 5 minutes to the grocery store. We also chose to Lyft to Broadway for a night out. We enjoyed a morning walk to a nearby coffee shop, explored the shops at 12 South, and took daily strolls around the neighborhood and to the park. We would definitely stay here again. We were very pleased with our experience!

Nice and spacious.

The floor plan is great. Bed was comfortable. Natural light is everywhere. But I would have liked more information about the entry location being down an alleyway, I wasn’t sure where to find doorway to enter. Some of the lamps do not work; I tried to transfer bulbs from other lamps. And lastly, although the bathroom was very nice, there was still hair in the drain of the shower from the prior renter. I let management know this and they were apologetic and nice. I will return.
