You’ll love my place because of beach, neighborhood, and relaxing, carefree lifestyle. My place is great for families, kids, couples, solo adventurers, business travelers, and anyone who wants to live the beach life.

Our whole crew LOVED the house! The location is perfect to get around and was an easy walk to the beach. The host was very accommodating and quick to respond with help when needed. Would def stay here again :)

My girlfriend and I absolutely loved staying here! The home was beautiful and incredibly clean. We walked to the beach for the sunset every night and enjoyed the little shops and restaurants right down the road. The place had so much space that we are already looking to come back with some friends next time. The landlord was very nice and responsive making the process super easy. We can't wait to come back again soon it is such a prefect location and an amazing house.

Basic tidy condo that is able to sleep six people. I had four in my party. There were 2 in one bed in the master suite and that bed seemed to have been fine. The other two beds were not as good from what my 2 other friends said. But other them that the condo was perfect for our getaway. Kitchen floors were even really clean. Although a vacuum in the house would have helped with the sand from beach visit, broom and dust pan kinda complicated, but very happy with the time spent there. I felt at home. Perfect spot! Not really kid friendly though.
My biggest issues were the lack of privacy due to no curtains/window coverings, & dirty floors. Multiple ppl peered in as they walked by, even stopping to smile & wave. The neighbors upstairs were extremely noisy well into the early morning hours The location was good We enjoyed our time away but will be more through in getting the next place. I hope they take some of what we paid & buy some window coverings
Beds were small, kitchen and dining room windows don’t have curtains people could see in. Couldn’t sleep at night because of people on upper level moving furniture around. Lights were out and host didn’t answer his calls and messaged back at midnight. Don’t think rating is a 9.2 more of a low 5
It was good. The trouble was I have apple products and I couldn’t get the information to confirm or see the instructions. There was problems with not having hot water in the master bathroom. We got it fixed so only 2 of us had cold showers. The other problem was ants in the kitchen. You should of had a note to not leave any food out in the counter.

Overall we had a nice stay. Great location close to the beach.
Listing doesnt really match what we paid for
It said there was a futon/ sofa bed but it was a regualr couch. There was an extra air mattress tucked away but it had a hole and deflated halfway through the night. Id say this property sleeps 3 people comfortably with the size of the beds i dont think they are all queen Size.
Being on the coast there were bugs, thats normal, but there were ants in the bathroom towels.
We also didnt want use the washer matchine because it leaked all over the garage.
The security of the place is wierd too its a shared garage but its connected to inisde so anyone has access to inisde unless you lock from the inside and walk around.

Great Location but did not feel comfortable
The location of this property is exceptional being across the PCH from the beach. The unit itself though, was lacking. There are no window coverings for any of the windows facing the walkway to the unit and the front door walkway which is shared with other units. Other people use it as a cut through to the alley behind. We did not feel secure having no coverings. Anyone walking by could peer into the windows. We tried making a pillow wall to block the view inside with not much success. Also, the unit across the walkway has a motion sensor camera that picks up any movement in this unit so at night if you are going from living room to kitchen for a drink for example, a bright flood light comes on and fills the unit. Hard to relax at night with your guard up the whole time. For the other windows in the house, there were shower curtains as window coverings. Unit was minimally furnished and couch had cat hair all over it. Some TLC would go a long way for this property.

Instructions for internet, were confusing. Why 2 sets for front of house and back of house? No coasters for drinks, NO sink strainers or hand towels in kitchen. I purchased 2 hand towels and 2 sink strainers. Big bottom drawer in Kitchen, no handle and a PILE of mail belonging to at least 10 different people. Do you know this is a fraudulent charge to keep others mail, why not return to postman?Heavy chairs in kitchen need felt pads so they slide on floor instead of making a very loud noise.Why was BBQ out front on one of the smallest patios ever. It should go along block wall at other patio that should have had a table & chair set for people to seat out there. Flower planters on front patio were dry as a bone. and some plants were dead. I watered once while I was there.Floors in entire home & bathrooms needed to be scrubbed. Patio slider door a screw was loose on handle and no tools to repair. Toaster knobs were not there, buy a new one - they are cheap. Back shower needs plumbers' tape or washer as it sprayed out the Right side. New shower curtain & rings, plus disabled hand bar for older folks to grab. I purchased a tub mat as the bottom was Very slippery from cleaning products. Cabinet door needs new latch as door stays open. Safety hazard if someone goes in at night without turning on lights. rugs for outside of shower not just at toilet. Using plastic trash can instead of metal ones that rust. Master bedroom & bath. Pillows are way too puffy . Toilet leaks on Left
This beach house is perfect for a family of 6-8. It’s very close to the beach and it has all the amenities you could ask for. Most of it has been updated recently. The AC is strong and cold!

The unique location is home to two (2) of Newport Beach's most famous surf spots (56th st. and the river mouth), several classic restaurants and beach stores, kayaking in the back bay, and offers a more quite and relaxed version of Newport Beach living, while still being within close proximity to all of the action of the southern part of the peninsula.
The unique location allows one to get a great night's sleep, find parking with ease, enjoy the beach, walk or ride a bike to all of the Newport Beach night life, and is within close proximity to both the 405 and 55 freeways for those who work or travel outside of Newport Beach. The neighborhood is also perfect for families with children, as there are many parks and playgrounds within a few blocks walk.
