Our 2BR/1BA front cottage on the Newport Beach Peninsula is stylish, sensible, and central to all the best sites of Newport. This is just the right space for a refreshing beach getaway, surrounded by all the modern conveniences! Here's what you'll find:

EXTRA SLEEPING ARRANGEMENTS:
Two twin trifold floor mats with pillows and linens are provided (best suited for children). Guests may rent twin rollaway beds (subject to availability), with extra linens, from the management. Please make arrangements for payment and delivery before you arrive.
LINENS:
All bed, bath, kitchen, and beach linens for the maximum number of guests are provided as part of the cleaning and linen fee and are neatly prepared for your arrival.
LAUNDRY:
Shared laundry facility located on the outside North walkway; guests must provide their own supplies.
PARKING:
One small covered carport space - compact vehicles only. Street parking, both metered and unmetered, can be used when available.
ALSO:
This triplex includes two additional residences, both featuring 2BR/1BA layouts. When available, they may be rented together to accommodate larger family gatherings or business groups seeking exclusive use of the entire property. Please see the separate listings or contact our office for details.
LOCATION:
Just one house away from the beach, there is plenty of fun to be found in the surf and sand: surfing, bodyboarding, paddleboarding, sunbathing, and much more! Seven blocks north, you will find the lovely bayfront Marina Park with a playground for the kids and the waterfront Lighthouse Cafe. A few blocks south, you'll find the Balboa Pier and Fun Zone area. Enjoy world-class shopping at Lido Marina Village, Fashion Island, and South Coast Plaza, all less than a 15-minute drive. Note: This home is conveniently located along the peninsula's main boulevard; as a result, ambient traffic noise may be heard.
RECREATIONAL GEAR:
Additional beach gear or recreational equipment is available for rent from the management at very reasonable rates for our guests: large ice chests, wagons, Pack n Play portable cribs, portable high chairs, twin rollaway beds, and much more! Contact us for more information.
CITY TAX:
A 10% Transient Occupancy Tax (TOT) is included in all booking totals (for reservations less than 30 nights) as mandated by the City of Newport Beach.
SECURITY EQUIPMENT:
This property may use surveillance cameras and/or recording devices in outdoor spaces, and/or entrances to the property, as well as noise monitoring equipment such as decibel readers, to protect the property, guests, and ensure compliance with local ordinances.
