Enjoy the most coveted spot at the Village at Baytowne Wharf. This two bedroom, two bathroom condo overlooks the promenade at The Resort's Village of Baytowne Wharf! Enjoy all the entertainment, parades, movie nights, fireworks and events - or just take in stunning sunsets over the Choctawhatchee Bay from the comfort of your own balcony. Observation Point guests enjoy access to the exclusive Gateway amenities terrace which includes a resort style swimming pool, hot tub, fitness center, a grill area, and plenty of poolside lounge chairs. Beach Tram service complimentary.

Our location is superb! Step onto the balcony and take in a view of the bustling village promenade featuring restaurants, shops and entertainment. Stylishly updated with wood plank floor tile, our condo is newly designed with comfort in mind. The trendy living area is furnished with a sleeper sofa, a smartTV and coastal accents. The fully stocked kitchen features granite countertops and stainless appliances. The master bedroom retreat offers a king bed, a smartTV and plenty of closet space. Just steps away is the newly completed master bathroom with double vessel sinks, a soaking tub and a separate shower. The guest bedroom is furnished with both a double and twin bed, a smartTV and ample closet space. A full guest bathroom offers a walk-in shower. For our guests' convenience, there is a stacked washer/dryer and garage parking. Wifi and tram service to the beach are complimentary.

The Baytowne Wharf is a delight! Walk to world class restaurants, boutique shopping, and a variety of family-friendly activities such as a zip line, bungee-trampoline jumping, evening entertainment, a carousel, rock climbing wall, and a playground area. There are often 'movies on the lawn', art displays, festivals, and special events held at Baytowne Wharf which is the heartbeat of the Resort. Fireworks are a weekly treat during the summertime.

The beach is one of the most beautiful in the world. Resort guests can access the beach on the boardwalk next to the Beach House restaurant. There is miniature golf in the resort, and adults can enjoy golf on several different courses. Relax and enjoy yourself at our newly furnished condo with convenience to the beach and the Baytowne Wharf – all in one location at 450 Observation Point North!

CANCELLATION: Reservations that are cancelled more than 30 days prior to the arrival date receive a full refund. Reservations cancelled 14-29 days prior to arrival receive a refund of 50% of the amount paid. Reservations cancelled within 14 days of arrival receive no refund unless the guest purchased travel insurance. Guests are required to complete a rental agreement by electronic signature within 3 days of booking.

Really enjoyed our stay. Baytowne Wharf is so convenient. Great having the restaurants and stores right there. Condo was clean, comfortable and well equipped. Beds were comfortable. Pool area is great and the pool itself was nice and warm. Get out there early for chairs, fills up fast. parking was easy and spaces were readily available.

Great stay

The condo was beautifully decorated and equipped with the basic necessities. We loved the location making everything we needed within walking distance or use of the tram. Even driving to one of the beautiful local state parks was a great experience.

The location is perfect! The balcony makes you feel like you are the only people there and then just down the elevator is all the excitement! It was very clean and there was plenty of everything that we needed while there (toilet paper, soap, etc) I cant say one negative thing! You won’t regret staying here!

Wonderful Place

This property was extremely clean. Great floor plan. The porch is amazing. We have spent a lot of time, over the years in Baytown area and will add this condo to our list of great places to stay. Easy check in. Conveniently located close to shops and restaurants. Short walk to the pool area.

We had a great stay. It’s in a very convenient location for everything in the village and it’s close to the pool. We had one small issue with the balcony but they were quick to respond to get it resolved. Perfect spot for a vacation.

This unit is PERFECT for a wonderful stay in Baytowne! The wrap around porch that overlooks the amenity deck is a dream for a cocktail after a long day at the beach. Riding the tram is quick and convenient, the stop is directly in front of the building. Our children had plenty to do and see and the kitchen is very well appointed for cooking in. We will be back!

Nice but watch details

The unit was beautiful. Much better than pictures on line however my only complaint was that the description said "pool view". While you could kinda see the pool from the unit, it is obscured by landscaping and trees. Also, this unit appears to be smaller than many of the other ones I stayed in. It is also tucked into a corner so it's much better for couple's get-a-way as opposed to someone who wants to be connected to the action. The patio is very large and is a great selling point. Overall I loved it.

Great location and access

Can’t beat the location and convenience to beaches (via a shuttle) and Baytown Wharf. The rooms were good size and accommodated our family of 5 just fine. The condo is outdated and in need of a remodel, as does the kitchen utensils, cookware, etc. It’s just old and it shows. First time I’ve ever rented a place there was no spare toliet paper, paper towels, etc. and what was provided was cheap quality. It’s my only real complaint and wasn’t noted until after I rented. That and there are no benefits of being in San Destin with this rental. Great location for families. I do recommend just wish I had expectations set earlier in description.

We would have been more than happy to deliver additional cookware or utensils to the unit at your earliest convenience. As for the toilet paper, paper towels, etc., to avoid confusion and ensure guests arrive fully prepared for their stay, we work diligently to provide them with all necessary information prior to arrival. Stated in the check-in instructions, guests will receive only a starter pack of supplies (soap, toilet paper, detergent, etc.) and are responsible for bringing additional items, if needed. Nevertheless, we are so sorry for any inconvenience this may have caused! Again, we appreciate your feedback and thank you for your review. We hope to see you again soon!

Overall, I recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: This condo is DELIGHTFUL. The atmosphere is bright and cheery with tall ceilings that make it feel even more spacious. The veranda is the key selling point. It was so clean out there, peaceful, and the furniture was so comfortable and spacious! We thoroughly enjoyed our stay and would go back to this condo without any hesitation. The master bath had a few hairs and some of the doors had fingerprints/dirt on them, but overall it was very clean. I appreciated the simple decor and custom blinds. Very nice and safe!

However, there were some issues. 1) a roach joined me in the shower on our first morning. 2) to flush one of the toilets, you had to hold the lever down. 3) the balcony had not been swept in quite some time. The location could not have been better. It was close to all the fun of the pool, barbeque pit, and The Village, yet sitting on the balcony, you felt completely private. I would stay there again.
