The home is set up perfect for a relaxing getaway with peaceful views of the river. It's a ranch home with stairs to the basement laundry. Enjoy the beautiful evenings on the large covered deck.

Free parking on site with easy access to East Peoria, Peoria & Peoria Heights for shopping, dining and attractions.

The river/lake is a river/lake, not a pool. Swimming is at your own risk. There is an area for a fire pit, also at your own risk. Owner is not responsible for any injuries. The beach is a mix of sandy and rocky. There may or may not be shells. It depends on the weather and season. Water shoes would benefit if planning to go into the water.

Perfect Girls Weekend Getaway!

Everything about this property was top notch! Comfortable and clean along with the most amazing views!! We loved having coffee and watching the water every morning. 2 great bathrooms and a beautiful claw foot tub! You won’t regret booking this property!!

Great stay after Christmas!

We were visiting family in East Peoria after Christmas and needed a home for us, our daughter, son-in-law and their 18 month old. Hotels are convenient with a toddler. This was the perfect answer. Very homey and great views. The 2nd bathroom is a bit small and in the laundry area. That was the only surprise but all worked out fine. Good to know this is an option when visiting our family there. Thanks!

Excellent spot, excellent hosts

My wife and I have done business together with Scott and his wife for the last two Christmas' and we're never disappointed. Always clean and orderly homes, beautiful locations. Always accommodating, and helpful. Thank you for the great memories and experiences! We'll reach out again next year Christmas or possibly even this upcoming summer!!

Just what we needed

This property has a beautiful view of the river. The neighborhood was quiet and had a peaceful view of the farm fields across the street. We will stay here again when we are in town.

Born and raised in Central Illinois. I live in town with my husband and two girls. My husband works in Real Estate so it seemed fitting that I have a few homes to share with travelers. I love fitness and sunshine. Owning property to share on the water is almost as good as the ocean itself.

We have a few homes all on the water and there is nothing better than that water view. It's a quiet neighborhood, with the most amazing neighbors. You will not feel like you are in Illinois at our homes.
