This 40 m² apartment provides a comfortable stay for up to three guests. Located on the ground floor of a small residential complex in the center of San Teodoro, it features a practical layout with simple furnishings. The living area includes a kitchenette, a sofa bed, and a TV, while the separate bedroom offers a double bed. The bathroom is fitted with a shower.

Additional conveniences include air conditioning in the living room, a washing machine, and an outdoor shower. Free parking is available nearby.
