Beautifully remodeled 2 bedroom ski in/out townhome at the Cedars

This is the perfect location for families with children or for adults who want to be able to pop in/out for a quick lunch. Offering easy access to the ski run, Quicksilver Lift and ski school on Peak 9. Plus it's only a couple of blocks to Main Street. Truly one of the best locations in Breckenridge!

This two-story townhome sits directly slope-side facing the ski area, allowing for perfect ski in/ski out access. Other unit amenities include a gas-burning fireplace, private washer/dryer, a sunny deck with private gas grill, Wi-Fi, one-car garage and beautiful mountain furnishings. This unit has two parking spots. One parking spot is in the attached private, one-car garage and parking for the second vehicle is an uncovered spot near the unit. Guests have access to the indoor/ outdoor Upper Village Pool facilities located directly across the street. The Upper Village Pool has a heated indoor/outdoor pool and three separate jetted hot tubs. This amenity is seasonal and the facility will close during the shoulder seasons.

One of the best locations in Breck

Property was great. The location is unbelievable! Right on the slopes and a super short walk to town. We would definitely stay again when in Breck:)

Perfect location for family ski trip!

Location, location, location. This was a perfect property for our family ski trip. Literally ski in/ski out and easy walking distance to Main Street with shops and restaurants. The management company was extremely nice and responsive. Highly recommend and would stay here again.

Great Stay!

Thoroughly enjoyed our stay. Property was clean and the management company was very responsive. This is our 2nd year staying at Cedars, but first year in this property. We loved being able to ski in/out, walk to town, or grab dinner in the village resort area. The only negative, if there was one, was having to stop by the office to pickup the access card to the pool.

Great place close to Main Street

Loved walking to downtown. Glad rooms had darkening curtains for the little kids! Good sized rooms, clean.

Great place overall! Lots of amenities, well stocked place, and clean. We didn’t love the master bed as far as comfort, because it’s sagging a lot, but the other beds seemed fine.

Firecracker 50 Stay

We've been coming to Breckenridge for the last 6 years for the mountain bike race, The Firecracker 50. We really loved this property, it's the best one we've ever rented. It was very clean, the modern kitchen was well stocked, the beds were very comfortable, and it was within easy walking distance to everything we wanted to do and see. We were very appreciative of the early check-in that we requested and received.

location, location, location!

The location of this property is fantastic for ski-on/ski-off. Convenient enough to go in for lunch. Property is well laid out with convenient attached parking garage and well appointed kitchen. Town is also a short walk away. We had a small maintenance issue and the maintenance team was there in (literally) minutes and resolved it very quickly....was really happy with the service. Highly recommend this property.

Great location and very clean

Perfect location with ski in/ski out. We were able to walk to everything we needed. The place was very clean, warm and comfortable. It was below freezing the whole time and the fireplace was a welcoming reward at the end of a day of skiing. The management property was very responsive. The key pick up and drop off was a 20 min walk and we didn’t have a car. That was the only downside.

Great townhome in great location

For this townhome, pictures reflect well what you get. We planned to stay for one week and extended bc. we liked it so much. The townhouse must have been recently renovated, has plenty of space plus garage. Would not stay with 8 people though. The beds were very comfy in both rooms, both had nice bathrooms. Kitchen is very well equipped, we could have cooked anything if the restaurants in the area were not so good. We walked everywhere in town, it is very close. There is a useable outside area with a BBQ, bordering an idyllic little creek. Beautiful setting, only the chairs are not great. Big plus for us- screened windows allow to keep them open all the time. One thing to note - there are a lot of stairs to walk, if you have trouble with that, this is not for you. But we will come back!

Reviewer Comments: The Cedars 3 condo is in a great location, close to town and has one of the most well-equipped kitchens of any condo we've ever stayed in. Unfortunately, when we arrived, the condo had not been cleaned. I called Woodwinds and they sent over some housekeeping staff within about 30 minutes to take care of the problem. And that was at about 5 pm on a Sunday. They stated that the owner had stayed there last and was supposed to have cleaned it and that there must have been a miscommunication. They did get it cleaned but whoever was there before didn't take out the trash and it was very smelly and leaking all over the inside of the trash can which I cleaned out before the housekeepers arrived. That was pretty gross. The beds were comfortable. The 2nd bedroom got pretty hot at night but there was a box fan in the closet which we put in the window which helped. No street or other noise to speak of and check in and out was easy. Using the door code to get in and out was easy and it was nice to have a garage for the bikes and one of the cars. Other than the cleaning issue everything else was fine and the person on the phone was very apologetic.
