Great vacation spot. Screened in porch was a definite bonus. Floating dock had a ladder so it was easy to get in and out of water. Already planning another trip here.

Overall stay was great! I will say the build of the house is pretty cheap. Definitely not a house for you if you want privacy but a great house just a for a stay at the lake! The doors don’t go all the way to the ceiling and the dock is a little run down. Also a pretty decent size hole in the master bedroom floor when we got there. This house was super convenient for fishing and just a relaxing weekend as a whole!

Very relaxing stay. Host is very attentive to anything you may need or if there's any issues. Fishing was great right from your own private pier and convenient to several small towns for any needs ....including restaurants. Plan to book again...very satisfied!Thanks again Carlos!

They literally had what you would need. Plates, utensils, pans, cups, coffee filters, soap, toilet paper, towels, bed linens. That was helpful. House was clean and smelled nice. Host was extremely responsive. House was comfy and the dock was great to fish from. There was wood to put in the pit and the pit was filled as well. They thought of everything to make it as easy and comfy as they could. Would def rent again. Our 10 year old had an amazing birthday fishing trip!

House could definitely use a laundry room for longer stays.Dock has rotting issues and some areas pose a threat of falling through. House is very relaxing and screened in porch gives a nice space to relax or catch an afternoon nap.

Although we didn’t get to enjoy it because of a bass tournament each day, it was a nice place to relax afterwards. Next time we visit lake Murray we’ll be sure to see if it’s available.

This property was perfect for our week stay for fishing tournament. The outside area was nice with ceiling fans to keep cool. The dock was perfect for keep in the boat in the water, with a boat ramp about a minute away, literally right around the corner! May only recommendation would be to bring some extra towels depending on length of stay as only 4 are provided. Also, no washer and dryer, but no biggie. Only about a 12 min drive to Dreher state park where tournament was out of. We have definitely found our spot everytime we return to Lake Murray!

Everything was perfect! Our family enjoyed a nice getaway here for a few days on the lake. The private dock was very nice, so we were able to leave our boat in the water for the duration of our stay too. Property and amenities were all just as described.
