Beautifully positioned in the Bay of Kotor, our holiday house is a romantic and cozy hideaway. Set in a small fishing village of Strp, this “home away from home” is ideal for couples or small families and can accommodate 2+2 people.
The property has been equipped with all the amenities to ensure a comfortable and relaxing stay. This brand new ground floor house has a bedroom with queen size bed; living/dining area with double sofa bed, TV, Wi-Fi and air conditioning unit; fully equipped kitchen for self-catering and bathroom with shower, free toiletries and washing machine. The living area is spacious with plenty of natural light and new modern interior. The house offers beautiful garden and bay view. The bay area is protected as a UNESCO world heritage site. There is a patio area with outdoor furniture perfect for alfresco dining.
Only 50m from the property, you can take a dip in the sapphire blue water of the Adriatic Sea and enjoy the sun at the local pebble beach.
Many people choose Bay of Kotor for their holiday destination due to its outstanding natural beauty, historic medieval towns, charming villages and the numerous interesting tourist attractions. The holiday house is perfectly located to enjoy the area's attractions or to make a day trip to one of the five national parks in Montenegro which are within 2-3 hours’ drive of Strp.
Several grocery shops, bakery, post office, cafés and restaurants can be found in Risan, 3km of the property. The town of Perast, famous for its two islands and many aristocratic palaces is 5 minute drive away. Medieval, walled town of Kotor is 20km away.

wie im Übrigen das ganze Land. Mit dem Haus haben wir eine sehr gute Wahl getroffen. Ausstattung, Sauberkeit, Lage ... alles perfekt. Es fehlte an nichts, mit dem Auto (was nötig war) konnte man durch die günstige Verkehrsanbindung jedes Ziel erreichen und zur Erholung vor Ort waren das Haus plus sehr schönem Vorgarten auch gut geeignet. Vielen Dank an Bozidar :-)
