Nice place, except for stargazing
Nice apartment with lovely views of Three Mile Pond. Lake access was decent though the paths down are steep. Convenient to shopping in South China and Augusta. The interior was clean and modern. My only complaint was the outdoor floodlight, which could not be switched off by any means we were able to learn about during our stay. When I drive this far from the major cities, I like to enjoy the darkness as much as the quiet. So if you want to see the Milky Way, choose some other Maine vacation house. Otherwise, all good.

Will never go there again!
There was no hot water in the shower, despite the visitor book stating this was the case for the last visitor three weeks ago. The first maintenance man showed up and stated he had not been paid and did not fix the problem but tried. A plumber finally showed up and then the hot water could not be adjusted. The air conditioner was dripping water inside and had a very moldy smell. The last straw was finding a roach. Despite contacting the property manager numerous times we left two nights early and went to a hotel. Would like a refund!

Beautiful View
Enjoyed staying at this home for a weekend while in Maine to attend a family weekend. House was clean and towels, bedding and amenities were great. Might be nice to enjoy this lake house in the summer, but it is a very steep to get to the water. I did not want to try it since I am not young!, but really enjoyed the views.

Beautiful lake nice house
My family and dog stayed here and enjoyed the lake and dock. The house was clean. Water pressure was a bit weak and the outdoor porch could use a cleaning. We had the first floor which is on top of another Vrbo place so the kids running around and making noise was a little stressful for us. That being said it is a nice place in interior Maine to escape to.
