The light flooded apartment is located on the 1st floor of a two-family house and offers everything you need on holiday.

The apartment consists of an adult bedroom (double bed 200x200) and children's room (1 bed 200x90 and optional extra folding bed about 190x80), bathroom and kitchen.
Next to the adult bedroom is a balcony from which you can see the Kiel Foerde. The loggia on the living room is located on the south side of the house and invites you to relax on sunny days.
The bright living room is additionally equipped with a living area and thus offers another 2 people a place to sleep.
The modernized bathroom consists of a toilet, shower and bath.
The modern kitchen offers everything you need for a comfortable holiday. These include a modern ceramic hob with oven, dishwasher, fridge freezer, coffee maker, microwave, toaster, dishes and various cooking utensils.
For the bad weather days we have games for you indoors. Cards, puzzles and others. If the weather is nice, a walk to the beach is just a few meters from the apartment, making it easier to walk down the beach and enjoy the views of large ships.

A free parking is located on the property.
The apartment is also suitable for families with children of all ages and makes it a pleasant place during your vacation. The garden, which has a playhouse, sandbox and a swing, will make the kids more fun.

Directly on the beach, next to Marine Memorial and Submarine, Surfers Paradise's water sports center is ideal for windsurfing, kitesurfing, sailing, stand up paddling (SUP), pedal boats and kayaks. Because of shallow water, it also makes fun for beginners and advanced, who want to have more fun on their vacation. For bike lovers, Laboe is a bike resort for locals and tourists known.
