About this property

Very well located approx. 80 m² flat, traditional belle epoque house, facade and balconies. Superb fully furnished. MC, Monte Carlo, literally around the corner. Approx. 70 meters to MC and so only some mote steps away from the Casino of Monte Carlo.

Flat, 2nd. floor with elevator, 2 bedrooms, 2 bathes, AC + reversible heating, ,Wi-Fi, sound proof windows, very well served. Next to the train station of Monte Carlo. garage box next available. Garage upon request.

Important: Fix prices for events: Rolex masters (6 nights: April/2023, 2700€), F1 (3 nights: 26th-29th 6000€), Yacht show (4 nights: 27th Sept-1st Oct. 3200€).
Security deposit of 2000€ to be transferred to bank account or PayPal 15 days before arrivalor cash upon arrival. Without the security deposit, there is no entrance possible to the flat. and the reservation is cancelled without money refund. Only the cleaning fee would be returned.

Fully equipped approx. 70 meters, with 2 double bedrooms , each bedroom comes with a 2 doors closet. AC and heating all over. A sofa bed (sleeps 2) in the living room. Dining corner, kitchen, laundry room, balcony and 2 complete bathes. All rooms are tastefully decorated. Well secured, electronic gate. Garage box available upon request.

Right under the flat you will find restaurants, supermarkets, banks, pharmacies, doctors, gym, shops, Post office, etc. Within a short walk is the Monte Carlo Casino, hotel de Paris, Buddha Bar, metropole shopping center. Monte Carlos train station is 10 min walking distance away.
Feel to be at home , chic, clean and well maintained. Wi-Fi,international channels. Linen and towels provided. Beach towels are not provided . Cleaning lady available upon request.
Long term Renters welcome. Reduced rates for a long stay term ( minimum stay 6 months+ 2 months deposit).
By French law it is required to sign the Booking Confirmation & afterwards the Short Term Rental Contract. Without these there is no enter to the flat.

300 days of sunshine is a good start wanting to spend time here. Watch the world go by on Casino Square, rent a Ferrari and drive the Monaco Grand Prix track, shop in Chanel and Dior and have lunch on the Larvotto Beach. After that, go to Port d'Hercole, the main harbour, and feast your eyes on all the Yachts right in front of you. A fantastic place to spend an afternoon is on The Rock where the Palace is. Watch the change of the guard, go to the museum and do the Grace Kelly story. Don't forget to visit the church where Grace Kelly and Prince Ranier were buried. On top of that, there are fantastic concerts, the open air Olympic swimming pool, golf, tennis,sailing. The Botanic Gardens and Japanese gardens are stunning! That is before you leave town. The whole of the French Riviera is on your doorstep! Walk to the stunning railway station and trains leave every half hour stopping in every town on the line, Nice, Cannes, Grasse and Ventimiglia in Italy. The journey alone is very picturesque!. And to top that, in Winter there are great ski resorts, only about an hour away by car!
