The Casa impresses with its light-flooded construction. The ground floor is the spacious living and dining area, the open kitchen and a guest toilet. Upstairs are the 3 bedrooms and 2 shower rooms located. The house has an 18 sqm saltwater pool and 2 terraces with loungers & lounge furniture, where you can enjoy the sun from morning to evening. With Glolfplatz right outside the door and within walking distance to the sandy beach, nothing to be desired.
