The 2,037 square foot floor plan features an inspired kitchen and two suites with California king-size beds. Play fun games after sharing a delicious home-cooked meal, then curl up by the gas fireplace and watch a classic film.

LIVING AREA

Unwind in the sun-soaked living room, furnished with and an array of plush seating. Settle in and screen a classic film on the 50in cable TV.

A gas fireplace adds warm ambience on cool nights. Fix a refreshing drink at the bar and soak up the coastal atmosphere.

Head to the garage for a friendly game of pool or ping-pong.

KITCHEN & DINING

Fix tasty meals in the gourmet kitchen, outfitted with a full suite of stainless steel appliances. Ample counter and fridge space make it simple to prep ingredients.

BED & BATH

The home sleeps up to eight guests in three bedrooms. Each bedroom has a flat-screen TV.

On the main floor, the master suite features a California king-size bed and balcony access. The spa-like en-suite bathroom is appointed with a gorgeous mosaic tile tub and walk-in shower.

Find a comfy queen-size bed in the adjacent guest room. Bold blue tilework and a walk-in shower round out the guest bathroom.

Downstairs, the second suite offers a California king-size bed, a sleeper sofa, and a private ocean-view patio. This en-suite bathroom has a walk-in shower.

OUTDOOR AREA

Stunning ocean views and refreshing breezes await on the spacious balcony, equipped with seating for four and a gas grill.

Guest amenities include complimentary Wi-Fi, a washer/dryer, and parking for three cars (two in the driveway and one in the garage).

Although this home is not equipped with central AC, it is rarely needed with Bodega Bay's mild summer weather.

This inviting home makes a fabulous retreat for your Bodega Bay getaway. Doran Beach is a 5-minute drive and the Sonoma Coast Vineyards are a 2-minute drive. Tee off at The Links at Bodega Harbour (1.8 miles), or lose yourself in natural beauty at the Birdwalk Coastal Access Trail -- a 7-minute stroll from your door.

Parking notes: There is free parking available for 3 vehicles.

Damage waiver: The total cost of your reservation for this Property includes a nightly damage waiver fee, plus tax if applicable (the “Damage Waiver”). (A discount may be applied for stays of 28 nights or longer, if permitted.) The Damage Waiver covers you for up to $3,000 of accidental damage to the Property or its contents (such as furniture, fixtures, and appliances) as long as you report the incident to the host prior to checking out. The Damage Waiver fee eliminates the need for a traditional security deposit.
