We were in NOLA for a long weekend to celebrate a birthday with friends. This apartment was very spacious, clean and comfortable for our group of 8. The unit is very new and all the furniture is in great shape. The beds were very comfortable and the kitchen was well appointed. The location is also very convenient as a home base to see the city.
We used this place for a girlfriend getaway and had a wonderful time. The place is beautifully decorated and has lots of extra touches for travel: luggage racks at the ends of beds, pipes to hang clothes, coffee/tea and shampoo/conditioner/body wash in bathrooms. It had space for everyone to have their own room/bathrooms and a great open concept for kitchen/living room to gather in. The balcony was also beautiful if you can stand the heat of New Orleans! :). It was in a great location. The one draw back was 3 of the 4 bedrooms were very bright at night due to the safety lights on the building next door. However, once I told the owner, he was already measuring to add blinds. Communication was stellar. The owner checked in to make sure we were doing ok and always responded quickly if I reached out. I would definitely stay here again.
The property location is in a very nice, quiet part of town. The nearest tram stop is just a block to the north that takes you to the French Quarter. A block to the west on Delachaise St are an espresso bar, and Leo’s Caboose which I stopped in for a breakfast sandwich every morning. The property was very well kept and comfortable. Will definitely try to book this property again when I’m able to visit NOLA again.
Loved this property. Spacious bedrooms; 2 of which had on-suite bathrooms. Nicely decorated with modern appliances, great common area plus a balcony. Location was fantastic, just a block off of St. Charles streetcar stop and a few blocks from Magazine Street. Owner was responsive and helpful. Highly recommend.
Right off the St Charles line this apartment was perfect! Super clean and the host was very communicative and helpful. We walked everywhere right from the apt, grocery store almost next door. Perfect
I stayed here with a group of friends, and we really enjoyed it. The space had everything we needed.
There’s no provided parking space, but parking on the street was easy and manageable.
A couple of the rooms could use some additional shades for sleeping purposes, as there are some bright lights outside, and the sheer curtains don’t block much of it.
But other than that, we loved it. Thank you so much!
This house was a perfect location for my husband and I, and our 6 friends- most of which have never been to visit this beautiful city before.
We frequent Nola, and absolutely love the garden district along with all the fun things in each are.
This house was a perfect setup for all of us! The 2 queen and 2 king beds were SO (!) comfortable. There are many with aching backs- there beds were like magic.
There was plenty of bedding, pillows, towels, as well as comfort in the living room and balcony.
The AC was helpful for those who like a lil cooler temps-
There is a laundry option in the home.
The kitchen was fully stocked with lovely utensils and dish ware.
There are plenty of markets within walking distance to grab snacks and meals for the house when not out eating at the plethora of amazing food stops.
The street car is just 1 block north and Magazine street was 3 blocks south to catch the bus line.
I recommend not getting a car, and using their transit system- it’s on point.
We chose this home for the location, the available food stops and market near by and the transit system.
I would stay here again in a heartbeat.
Craig was very communicative.
We felt safe, cared for and look forward to visiting again!
Thanks Craig!
The apartment was roomy and well-appointed. We had everything we needed (we didn’t do any cooking, but used the coffee maker a lot). Beds were comfortable, the place was very secure, and convenient to the Garden District and the streetcar to get downtown and to the French Quarter. Craig was concerned with our comfort but not at all intrusive — just right. The parking is on-street and occasionally ambulances go by on their way to the hospital, but those are just the usual city sounds and situations. We would stay here again,
This is a great place to stay with family or friends. Clean, quiet and comfortable. Plenty of room, and walking distance to Magazine Street and surrounding area.
We are four sisters, who had an amazing five day stay in this property. The location is terrific, right on the Saint Charles trolley line at the edge of the Garden district. The beds are amazingly comfortable, and the place is spacious. Would definitely stay here again.
Can’t say enough wonderful things! Beautiful, well equipped VRBO! Excellent communication with host! Cool covered patio for coffee or end of day cocktail! We loved it!
Lovely apartment. nice location in Garden District. Convenient to St. Charles Street (trolley) and Magazine Street. Comfortable for three couples with 4 bedrooms and 3 baths. Cozy living space with outdoor patio. Clean. Beds were comfortable!

The property was immaculate. I booked this space for a group and we all enjoyed how well appointed it is and spacious. The bathrooms are especially nice and very professionally done. Everything was obviously well thought out and done to the highest standards. Don't hestitate to stay here!
We had 6 adult family members coming from 4 different locations and the space was perfect. The living/ kitchen area was a great center location but everyone also had their own space. Very clean with great little porch/ patio out front. One warning, space is on the second floor of building so may not be suitable for mobility challenged. But once in the space, there's no issues at all.
This property was great for a group girls' trip. Big comfy beds and 3 bathrooms to accommodate all the getting ready to go out. Located on a mildly busy corner, but convenient to the trolley and walkable to yummy Magazine St restaurants. Grocery store just around the corner, too. A quick 10 min rideshare ride to French Quarter. Would definitely stay again.
Really enjoyed our stay at this residence in Nola. The apartment is clean and well appointed. The location is strong and centrally located. The trolly is right up the street. You can easily walk to Magazine St. Quick uber ride to the Quarter if needed. Would absolutely stay here again.
