About this property

Georgia Lake House Retreat

Come enjoy our 2 bedroom 1 bath lakefront home on Lake Seminole. The house has been remodeled and everything is cozy, stylish and clean. Relax on the elevated deck and enjoy the water and wildlife views or walk out the dock for relaxing or fishing. There is deep water right off the dock and I have caught many 3-6 pound large mouth bass just casting off the dock. We have worked hard to provide a comfortable stay with many amenities including full kitchen, laundry, WiFi, and much more. The kitchen has everything you will need except food/perishables. There are two bedrooms, one with a king bed and the other with a queen. Sleeps 4 comfortably. We absolutely love being here and are now ready to share it with you!

Gather used towels
Remove personal items, remove leftover food and drinks and take out the rubbish
Turn off the lights and lock the doors
Check Out: Please ensure the following upon checking out: -Plug in cameras in living room and porch -All lights and ceiling fans turned off -Garbage in service container and rolled out by mailbox
-No food in refrigerator/pantry -leave dirty towels/washcloths on floor in bathroom (no need to strip beds) -All doors and windows locked -Any furniture (indoor and outdoor) moved to original place
