We are excited to share our home with you. We have organized a house booklet for you to enjoy with guides on how you can use the books and other offerings within the home to connect with self, each other, and the planet to create an unforgettable week together.

Bolton Landing has everything and anything you would need for food, activities, and relaxation within walking distance- don't forget to check out the summer concert schedule and consider booking a boat rental in advance ---or for those looking to explore the area more- there are many well known adventure and/or nature day trips 20-40min away. Feel free to reach out about suggestions for your group in advance.

The home offers 1200sq ft of living space plus an L closed in porch. The comfort of the home and convenient 8-12min walk to beach in town (Roger's Memorial) make it an unbeatable stay for you and your loved ones with a dreamy upstairs Master Suite including clawfoot bathtub.

There is a wagon, grill, and chairs that guests of The Blue Escape can use.

By the backyard brook- an outdoor fireplace, patio areas and polymer Adirondack/ picnic seating is now available (and evolving to include gardens starting this season!)

Laundry, WiFi, full kitchen with all ware, smart TV in living room and full bath on first floor.

This is our 2nd year staying at this property and we love it! It's the perfect walking distance to downtown and an overall great location. The house is spacious and clean with a beautiful patio and screened in porch. This house is a true gem!

Very good location, very near downtown and a secluded dead end. but a 12 minute walk to the beach which was a little bit far. Very nice house, only problems were poor lighting in the living room and upstairs in the master bedroom, and the AC barely reached the master bedroom. It was VERY hot up there even with 2 fans. Also ,there is no dishwasher.

A Wonderful Place

This home had everything we could ever ask for in a vacation rental. The location was great. Just a short walk to local shops and restaurants. And everything you could ever want was provided including some very thoughtful amenities. The Inside had been tastefully updated with quality appliances and furnishings. The back yard had also been artfully designed and included a fire place and the fenced-in area that was perfect for our dog. I would definitely like to stay here again.

Blue Escape offers the best that Bolton Landing has to offer! Great outdoor and indoor space as well as easy walking distance to town and beach areas. Can’t wait to come back!

Beautiful, cozy and clean!

We had a great time at the Blue Escape. It was beautiful, cozy and clean. We stayed only for a weekend but we would definitely come back for another longer vacation. The house was very clean and had everything we needed. It was very easy to talk to the host and they did an amazing job making the house comfortable for us and our 18 month old. Everything we needed for our toddler was there, including high chair and pack and play. The fenced in yard was a big bonus as well and made it very safe for him to play outside. The best part about the house is the location, it’s in a very quiet neighborhood but only a short walk into Bolton with lots of shops and good food options. The beach is very close as well. We can’t wait to come back for a longer stay.

A tucked away place but walkable to everything

The Blue Escape is very quiet and surrounded by lush greenery and a babbling brook on a dead end street. Yet amazingly walkable to everything Bolton Landing has to offer. The home is very clean and well appointed, kitchen very well stocked with dishes and appliances. The bathrooms are fully updated and have great design. The screened in wrap around porch is perfect, it is hard to get yourself to come inside. We thoroughly enjoyed our time at the Blue Escape.
