This home is in a very quiet area, near to beaches in Angola and Hamburg. The home is five minutes to Graycliff, 25 minutes to Buffalo and 1 hour to Niagara Falls. The house has a big yard with a gazebo and a fire pit. Most rooms have AC. This spacious home is one story so no sets of stairs and only 1 or 2 steps in a couple spots.

House is wonderful and worked out perfectly for us! I think it needs a really good cleaning and it’s obvious some parts are being worked on (paint updates, etc). But….. we loved it! Would definitely stay there again.

Large space, outdated

This property has tons of room, multiple large comfortable bedrooms, multiple living room spaces, large kitchen and dinning area. However, property is outdated, appears to have multiple projects going on and is an older house. It was clean, but appliances dusty and appeared it’s not rented often. Owner was nice but typically took 24-48hr to reply to any message in the rental process. I had to call him twice the day before check in to confirm details, nothing provided automatically by VRBO 3 days prior.

Great house for larger groups

We had 5 people staying. The house is large and the beds and linens we’re comfortable. Big kitchen. Would stay again.

Fit our needs

The pictures didn’t do the property justice. The house was huge and worked great for or large family. 3 adults and 5 kids. (Ages from 13, 11, 9, 7, 5). The house is old, and so it had some flaws. no bathroom door locks, the kitchen was dirty and all the walls and baseboards could use a good cleaning. The kitchen had a gas stove, a big fridge and a Keurig Duo Single Serve & Carafe. Kitchen was stocked with everything we needed. Dinner table was great, we all fit around it with ease. The house has little steps up into the bedrooms, kitchen, front and back doors. The ping pong table in the front room, and the foosball table in the back was awesome for the kids. A swing in the back yard by the barn that you can see the kids play on while sitting on the back deck. The beds were comfortable and the yard was huge. There unfortunately were lots of bees and wasps around the deck and the siding, so watch out as a couple of our kids were stung. Plenty of parking, and there are a/c window units in 3 of the 4 bedrooms. The owner was good to respond to any issues we had. Thanks for letting us use your home for the week.
