About this property

Welcome to our recently-remodeled lakeside property off the shores of Lake Erie.

Our home features 3 beds, 2 baths, 2 living room areas, updated fully-stocked kitchen, 2 office spaces, large walk-in wardrobe room. Enjoy our outdoor deck and take less than 100 steps to the private beach on the shores of Lake Erie with a great view of the downtown Buffalo skyline. This property includes central air-conditioning, three-parking spots and washer/dryer.

Our home was recently renovated and remodeled in 2021. Our bedrooms are situated with one king-size guestroom downstairs and two bedrooms upstairs: (1) king-size guestroom with lakeview and (1) double-size trundle with full-size crib guestroom. Both floors have a full bathroom.

Guests have the entire home and property to themselves. NOTE: This home is perfect for families, friends' weekends or easy couples getaways in mind. This property is not suitable for parties or large gatherings. We have a family-oriented neighborhood that tends to be quiet after 10PM.

Eclipsed All Time Others

We had the great fortune of renting this property with our adult children for the eclipse. Wonderful, cozy home with several sitting areas so we all had our own little area to relax and unwind. We had everything we needed. The pool table was a lot of fun. The beach was lovely and unique with great views of the Buffalo skyline. Went to a Sabres game and we were home in 17 minutes. Will definitely rent again.

Long Weekend

Place was right where we wanted to be. 15 minutes to the city 15 minutes to the stadium and about 40 minutes to Niagara Falls. Plenty of room for our family of 5, plenty of kitchen supplies, towels etc. Only negative is that it does get hot upstairs but not much you can do about that. Pool table was an added bonus. Communication from the host was easy.

Wonderful place

We really enjoyed our stay at this beach house. It was very clean, fully stocked with all our needs, and just a short walk to the private beach. The hosts were very responsive and provided all the information needed.

Great place!

We had the most perfect stay here and everything was beautiful, updated and clean. We loved that for six adults, we had plenty of options for sleeping, hanging out and enjoying each other's company! It was super spacious and absolutely perfect! If it's available for when you want, don't miss out!
