Welcome to 207 Scarborough Ave, downtown Rehoboth Beach.
OVERVIEW: Charming five bedroom, two bathrooms, powder room traditional Cape Cod with two-level single-family living, loads of charm, and excellent three-season enclosed front porch. Sit on the front porch and watch the people stroll by. Comfortable living room, three ground-level bedrooms, eat-in kitchen, well-stocked kitchen for all the home chefs, and pet-friendly. Bring your furry friend, as two dogs are permitted, with a non-refundable $300 pet fee. The top level offers two bedrooms and additional sleeping space in the sitting area at the top of the steps. Every bedroom has a smart TV for streaming, and the porch and living room also provide TVs.
LOCATION: Just three blocks to our famous boardwalk and beach and 1.5 blocks to Rehoboth Ave. Just park and walk everywhere in town!
PARKING: Private driveway for approx. two cars.
AMENITIES: Wi-Fi, outdoor shower, gas grill, central a/c, full laundry facilities, dishwasher, and microwave
THINGS TO KNOW: Two dogs are permitted with a non-refundable pet fee. Linens are not supplied; however, there is a rental package in place for this home. This home rents Sat-Sat. Book today for a wonderful family vacation. The fireplace is not for guest usage.
Damage waiver: The total cost of your reservation for this Property includes a nightly damage waiver fee, plus tax if applicable (the “Damage Waiver”). The Damage Waiver covers you for up to $3,000 of accidental damage to the Property or its contents (such as furniture, fixtures, and appliances) as long as you report the incident to the host prior to checking out. The Damage Waiver fee eliminates the need for a traditional security deposit.

Lovely long weekend stay

We rented for a Thanksgiving getaway. It was a good house for us. Kitchen was decently stocked with dishes, utensils, and such. Beds were comfortable. A good home in a nice neighborhood.

A great location!

This home is located just a half block from all the action on Rehoboth Ave. I wondered why the other bedrooms were not pictured. It is because the 4 twin beds downstairs barely qualify for children. They are very old, low, and dangerous with headboards not attached. The living room, kitchen and porch were all comfortable but it would be best to be honest about the rest. Overall, property is beach shabby but doable if you can handle those twins.

We had a great stay at 207 Scarborough. Excellent location and perfect rental for our family.

Great experience with reservation, checking in and the house was well described with the information provided and pictures. My son, dog and I had a terrific off season long weekend.

Great Location

The property was very spacious with comfortable beds and pillows and plenty of shower/bathroom space. It was also very convenient to downtown Rehoboth and a nice park and school playground for our three year old grandchild. It was about a 15-20 minute walk to the beach so would recommend a drop-off if carrying lots of beach equipment. I'm not a fan of carpeting and there was carpeting throughout the house except for kitchen and bathrooms. And it is only cleaned the beginning of season (per realtor). We stayed end of season. I think porch windows are also only cleaned once per season and they were quite dirty. Overall, we very much enjoyed our stay but for beach prices I think more care could be taken for above issues.
