Le Rayol Canadel: 3-family house "Carpe Diem", 2 storeys. In the resort 400 m from the centre of Rayol canadel, in a quiet position, 200 m from the sea, 400 m from the beach. Stepped path (4 steps) to the house. Parking. Grocery 900 m, restaurant 200 m, bar, bakery 900 m, bus stop "Gare routière le lavandou" 12.5 km, sandy beach 200 m. Sports harbour 8 km. The keys‘ handover takes place by the agency Interhome in Lavandou, 12 km.
3-room apartment 60 m2 on 1st floor. Comfortable and beautiful furnishings: living/dining room with TV (flat screen), hi-fi system and air conditioning. 1 room with 1 french bed (160 cm, length 200 cm). 1 room with 1 french bed (2 x 90 cm, length 200 cm). Open kitchen in the entrance (oven, dishwasher, 4 ceramic glass hob hotplates, toaster, kettle, freezer, electric coffee machine). Bath/WC. Heating. Partial view of the sea. Facilities: washing machine. Internet (WiFi, extra). Parking. Please note: TV only FR. Smoke alarm, no lift.

Gute Lage, toller Blick

Die Fewo ist sehr ruhig, fußläufig in 1 Minute zum „Domaine de Rayol“ gelegen. Zur kleinen feinsandigen Bucht geht man gemütlich 4 Minuten bergabwärts. Wir haben den einmaligen Blick vom Frühstückstisch durch die grünen Gärten auf das Meer genossen. Die Küche ist sehr gut ausgestattet, selbst eine Nespresso-Kaffeemaschine ist vorhanden. Die Matratzen sind neuwertig, aber unterschiedlich hart. Badezimmer zweckmäßig. Fewo war bei Ankunft leider sehr schmutzig, nach Anruf bei Interhome aber behoben

Ruhige gute Lage mit herausragendem Blick auf das Meer

Die Fewo ist sehr ruhig gelegen und nur wenige Meter von der großen Parkanlage „Domaine du Rayol“ entfernt. Zur kleinen feinsandigen und schönen Badebucht läuft man bergabwärts keine 4 Minuten. Die Küche ist sehr gut ausgestattet, verfügt sogar über eine Nespresso-Kaffeemaschine und 2 Kühlschränke. Begeistert hat uns der hervorragende Blick vom Essplatz aus über die grünen Gärten hinweg zum tiefblauen Meer. Die Matratzen sind neuwertig, jedoch von ihrem Härtegrad unterschiedlich ausgeprägt. Also Augen auf, bei der Wahl des Schlafplatzes. Das Badezimmer ist zweckmäßig, mit Toilette und einer Duschwanne ausgestattet. Wir haben uns wohl gefühlt und kommen bestimmt nochmals wieder. Einziger Makel war, dass die Wohnung bei unserer Ankunft ( Samstag Abend) sehr verschmutzt war. Besteck, Töpfe, Schubladen, alles war mit Speiseresten verklebt, auf dem Fußboden und auf den Stühlen war Sand verteilt. Die Toilette war sogar außen mit Fäkalien verschmiert 🤢. Daraufhin haben wir Interhome angerufen und die Situation geschildert. Nach mehreren Telefonaten, dem versenden von „Beweisfotos“, schickte uns Interhome am nächsten Vormittag ein Putzteam. Die beiden Jungs haben alles gegeben und 3 Stunden später hatten wir dann eine perfekt saubere Fewo! Wir mussten in dieser Zeit in der Nähe bleiben, denn das Putzteam hatte keinen eigenen Wohnungsschlüssel. Gefühlt haben wir einen Tag Urlaub verloren, waren aber dankbar, dass wir ab mittags dann eine saubere Wohnung hatten. Eine Entschuldigung zur geschilderten Situation gab es bisher noch nicht. Ein Gutschein zum Einlösen bei der nächsten Buchung mit Interhome wäre in unseren Augen angemessen.

Très bel et spacieux appartement mais...

Appartement très agréable et très bien équipé. La tranquillité et la vue sur mer sont un plus très appréciable. Néanmoins la propreté est limite (qq toiles d'araignée, verres sales, aspirateur plein,..) et l'entretien n'est pas suivi (lampes HS, lavabo bouché, pieds de chaises desserrés, détecteur fumée HS,) Bref, il faudrait peu de choses pour que ce soit parfait.

Buono l'alloggio, mare accessibile con spiaggia sabbiosa molto bella, posto molto tranquillo nelle vicinanze del giardino mediterraneo, il tempo é stato sempre molto bello per tutto il periodo di villeggiatura. Consiglio questo appartamento a due copie o ad una famiglia con due minori.

Location calme pour cette période. Appartement clair et spacieux, literie impec.. On apprécie la vue sur la mer, la clim. Il manquait des petites cuillères. On aurait apprécié un tancarville. Penser à apporter 2 plaids fins pour la nuit car couettes trop épaisses.

La Provence comme on l'a rêve !

C'est le pays du matin calme, on a l'impression d'être seul(s) au monde. Il y règne, une douceur qui devait être celle de la Provence des cartes postales. Les Jardins des Méditerranées sont une oeuvre d'art, à moins de 200 mètres ! A revisiter, sans modération.

Unglaubliche Aussicht

Die Lage ist top, und der Blick von der Terasse direkt über die Bucht von Rayol ist einfach herrlich. Die Ausstattung ist top- alle Geräte inkl. Spülmaschine vorhanden. Die Matratzen waren ziemich neu und sehr bequem. Zum Strand sind es 5 min zu Fuß, und dieser ist in Rayol klein und fein. (Einer der Gründe, hierher zu fahren.) Einziger Nachteil ist, dass man die Schlüssel in Le Lavandou abholen und abgeben muss. Und WLAN wäre klasse...
