Relaxing Experience

We had a great time visiting the lake Anna the area. The location was very accommodating. We had a few hick ups but the owner quickly rectified it and it didn’t impact our experience.

Perfect Girls Weekend

We stayed here for a girls weekend and it was perfect for us! Clean and easy to get ahold of Leela. The beach is pretty close for if you’re visiting when it’s warmer. We will likely be back!

Great experience!

We had a two night stay with our kiddos. This was the perfect property. Very clean, had everything you could possibly need. The owner was amazing, great communication, even left a s’mores making kit for the kids. Only roughly an 8-10 minute walk to the beach. Highly recommend!

What a great place!

Went up for a couple days over Labor Day weekend to ride side by sides and stayed in this beautiful and clean cabin with all the amenities and was absolutely perfect for the 7 of us. Leela is very nice and quick to respond with any questions you may have. 100% recommend for anyone and we will be going back yet this year we loved it so much! Shayn

Nice and hot.

There is a window A/C unit. It took over 12 hours to initially cool the place down. It was over 90 degrees the day we arrived and the two days prior. But the A/C was off. We turned it on when we arrived and after 6 hours the place was still over 80 degrees. We had to bring mattresses down from up stairs to have the family try to sleep as close to the window unit as possible.

Perfect for our stay

Great place ! It was clean and had everything we needed. Host is wonderful! We went for a family reunion and didn’t spend a lot of time there as we were busy and it was a short trip . Would definitely stay there again and for a longer stay:) We had some warm nights and it was kind of steamy so I would suggest another ‘window shaker’ AC . They have one but it’s a big space to cover . It was ok with the fans they have . Summer in beautiful Michigan ! 💞

My husband and I have been coming to Higgins Lake and this area for years. We decided it was about time we had a place of our own up here. We enjoy hosting family and friends at Higgins Haven and we hope you enjoy it and make great memories here as we have.

Higgins Haven is about a 10 minute walk from the lake and a 10 minute drive into town for shops and restaurants.

I love that my housekeeping company is committed to paying their workers a living wage.
